Very professional company. listened to my concerns and took care of the problem.
I contacted Advanced Air Conditioning and Heat and they were able to come out that same day. They diagnosed the issue and even made the repair right away. The representative was friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. We will be using them and only then in the future.
The issue what i see here is no transparency between customer and company..company trying to pull money from customer by just saying leak search which is complete fake .. the first thing any one can see is coil or condenser is bad ? But unfortunately here they charged 220 to found coil is bad ..looting money from customers. I did not expect this from this company.
Honest and quality service. Coel was the tech he arrived early and quickly diagnosed everything. He didn’t try to upsell on anything and helped answer all questions.
Not happy. He said termostat and some other parts are bad and he replaced them all. But when he left the termostat wasnt programmed. It was going up 83 degrees every 3-4 hours. So I tried to program i messed up an its start blowing hot air. I called him one more time he said he will text me the instructions. After 3 hours waiting in 103 degrees hot day. He didn't taxt or call. Than I put it back the old termostat which one he said "its not good" the begening. It worked properly. So figured out that he changed the working thermostat by saying it was broken And I m not sure other parts he replaced are they was really bad or not

Charles worked with me as I evaluated and obtained quotes from other vendors for HVAC replacement. Once we decided to on Advanced, the installation took place the very next day!
I've used Advanced AC twice. I've found that they are extremely honest with their work. One time I had had an inspector come in from another company (a home inspector company that also provided fixed) who said one of my ACs was blowing at 81 degrees. Advanced came in, tested everything and let me know the unit in question was actually blowing fine and the prior company must have tested the heat, switched on the AC and then didn't wait for the prior heated air to blow out the vent shafts. They also fixed a little part the other company identified as being off and told me it wasn't really a fix, but just putting something back where it should be, and didn't charge me for it. All I had to pay for was the visit fee. Frankie García was my technician. Trustworthy guys.
Coel was great! Knowledge and helpful. Never fun for your ac to break and have to pay to fix things, but you guys have made it as good as experience as possible. Thank you!

Great guys. Did work as promised. The only thing was, they left back gate open and banded strips in yard. Willl use again.

Highly recommend! They were able to get me a same day appt and the prices were very affordable. With 2 kids and being pregnant I was very thankful to have my AC working right away!
