The company doesent seem to exist. I’ve tried to reach out but with no outcome. The number listed doesn't work. Background : They replaced the AC coil in my 4 Ton AC last year. The coil had a 10 year warranty and 1 year labor. Within a year I found that my AC isn’t cooling and had to call a different company to look at it( Due to the fact that I didn’t get any response from my team). I was told there may be a leak or an issue with how the coil was installed. Had to again pay to get a refill of Freon.

My Team and Home Commercial Services worked very hard to fit us in for a water heater installation. We had to leave town in two days so they were able to provide a next day service. Brad did an excellent job in installing the new water heater in spite of some complicated repiping work. The price is very reasonable. I found this company at Yelp for five star reviews and they truly delivered a Five Star job! I highly recommend it.

We had to replace our water heater and My Team was able to come out same day! Farris (I hope I’m spelling that right) came and uninstalled our water heater, swapped it out for us at the store because it was still under warranty, and reinstalled a new one. Farris was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He did efficient, good work and even cleaned up after! I was so impressed that I asked him for his managers info so I could brag on him! We have also had our HVAC repaired/cleaned/installed and maintained by My Team and everything has always been done well with a fair price. I highly recommend this awesome company.

Been almost a year (July 2019) since our American Standard new heat pump and electric furnace/air handler was installed. Unit has been working fine in both hot and cold weather. Andrew sent a reminder to change the whole house return air filter which we did in Jan. 2020 and I expect another notification from him this month. Keep up the good work men. 29 Jul 2021 AC quit cooling Myteam was due out the next day for annual maintenance service. Darrin arrive 30 Jul 2021 discovered leak in the 2 year old American Standard evaporator coils. 31 Jul 2021 (Saturday morning) Andrew came with new evaporator coil and replaced bad coil, completed repair by 1400 hrs. that day. Evaporator coil had one U tube in bundle which appeared not to have been welded in properly, did hold for 2 years. Labor and materials covered under warranty.

Our A/C was on it's last leg and we decided on a Friday to just go ahead and replace the unit before it broke (it was over 20 years old). Then our A/C helped our process along by breaking just 2 days later. I got quotes for a unit replacement from 5 companies. From what I found, the bigger companies cost thousands of dollars more. But if you are someone who really likes the peace of mind of a bigger company handling the job, then you may want to do that. The companies who were a little smaller offered more reasonable prices for the same types of units and labor, My Team being one of them. By no means does this mean My Team was inexperienced. JD was my main contact during the process. He was new to the company at the time, but had over 5 years of experience. He came to my house to give me a quote after looking at my unit. I am someone who does my research, so I knew some different types of questions to ask and knew what might be offered. He legitimately listened to my family's needs and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He gave me multiple options to choose from and explained how different types of set ups could work. He was understanding that I was looking for other options and was patent with me while I made a decision. After finally deciding to go with My Team (I should have made the decision sooner), they were very realistic with when they would be able to arrive to work on my replacement and were on time when they finished up their other job and could start on mine. They did a great job with the replacement, but as too many home improvement projects go, there was a problem. I had a faulty wire going from my unit to my downstairs thermostat. JD worked on trying to bypass the inoperable wire for an hour or two in order to save me money and more work. I really appreciated him for this! Unfortunately the wire was too fried. So I asked them to go ahead and rerun the wire from the unit in the attic to the first floor of my two story home. They did a g

The folks at My TEAM were great. The A/C at my business was not performing well and I called to get someone to look at asap. They came out within hours and did a bit of PM on the roof-top unit. This got it functional but they also noticed that I had weak fans and other potential failures and ask if it was okay to come back and do a detailed inspection. We scheduled the visit for a Monday and wouldn't you know it, the unit failed on Sunday Night. On Monday, the technician arrived I told him it was out. He did his inspection and found the problem (a bad motor, killed the capacitor, and it was not coming on). I have him the okay to repair, he was back in 2.5 hours with the motor and had us back and operational within 1.5 hours of arrival. I can't discuss or compare pricing but it did not matter, I was in a critical need, they came out, was very professional, and prompt. I highly recommend them
