Called them at 12pm, and were at my house in an hour. Diagnosed the repair and replaced the part. Cold air! Unbelievable!
Hire them, seriously. They are quick, efficient, friendly and affordable. I had to replace my unit very unexpectedly last year, they came right out and took care of it. Since then they have maintained it once and came out again today when I was having issues with my drainage tube and fixed it all up for free. You want a reliable folks when it comes to your A/C and these guys are it!
They are helpful and honest about what you need to keep your system working. They were the most reasonably priced for the system needs and repaired the unit very quickly!
These guys are fantastic. They were the only ones able to come on the same day to get my AC back on track, they were also punctual and friendly. In terms of price, I would not be able to say if they are competitive or not, as they found the issue straightforward to fix and did not charge anything which is downright exceptional, to say the least. The grid of one of my external unit had been damaged by a fallen tree branch - after bending it back to place to allow the system to run they came back a couple of weeks later with a replacement found on an older unit and fixed mine with it. Really amazing customer experience, these guys are my go-to for AC problems and I recommend them to anyone having to deal with such issues.
Called them on a Saturday because there was a burning plastic smell coming from the vent. Michael was very helpful over the phone and first walked me through some troubleshooting steps. When realizing an onsite inspection was needed, he arrived that same day and then came back out on Monday (they even offered Sunday) to replace the old/original furnace. Great customer experience.
Great customer service. They know how to get things to work. When you call they show up.
Both of our AC units went down on Friday around 3:30. I called and they managed to come out within 30 mins. A few capacitors later and we had our AC back.
AC Express came out on a Sunday morning to get my AC working again. Ended up being a busted capacitor and they got me back on track to survive this Texas heat. Thank you!!
Our AC broke down over a weekend during one of those 105+ days. Called multiple 'emergency 24*7' places on a Sunday only to have them schedule appointments 3 - 5 days out. These guys were the only ones who actually assured us that they will try and get to us as soon as possible Monday morning. And they did. Once here, they quickly diagnosed the issue, made recommendation to replace, had a replacement on hand, installed it and were all done within 1.5 hours. We had the house cooling down again from the 89/90 it had touched. We appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism demonstrated by AC express...Highly recommend.
We have used them multiple times to replace bothe ac units and furnace parts. They were the cheapest, able to get us in very quickly,and we always feel well taken care of. They will go the extra mile to give good service.
Don’t care about saving Clients money. Very “don’t care” attitude toward Customers because of market conditions. Austin Energy does not have this company listed on their rebates website because they have not applied so I cannot get an approximate $600/- rebate! When I asked them to get on their list their response was that the owner is not interested in doing that. No other explanation at all. Quite sad. Per Austin Energy it taken them only two weeks to get I that list and give then 90 days to do so but because of excessive demand they are taking advantage of the temporary market situation. Alex, the Office Manager told me that the owner is not interested in getting on the Austin Energy Contractor list. Not sure what they have to hide? Michael and Robert installed a BOSCH condenser, Goodman furnace and Aspen Evaporator coil today. They seemed competent. It seems to be working so far. Go look at the Contractors on the Austin Energy website if you want a rebate. I wish I had done this before contracting to AC Express.
I'm not usually inclined to write reviews but these folks at AC Express are incredible. The Woman who takes the calls was pleasant and polite, the guy who serviced our AC did a lot of work for a very reasonable price (so reasonable we were eager to tip him well) We used them because they were local and they Didn't disappoint: arrived early, were very transparent and friendly and after dealing with several other AC folks who refused to do certain work or who immediately tried to upsell us, it was a relief to deal with good honest folks who know their stuff. Would enthusiastically recommend ... especially for anyone in Cedar Park / Brushy Creek/ Round Rock
Exceptional.. excellent..I am running short of words on how to express my experience with AC express. Michael was on time, professional.. he did whatever needs to be done. Even put a small connecter in the unit.. did not charge me a penny..He cleaned my AC.. gave me some tips.. we need lot more people like him. My faith in humanity got stronger again..
It was 102F on Mother’s Day and HVAC stopped working. Called AC express and they were home in less than 2 hours, fixed the capacitor and back in action. And here’s the best part, they didn’t even charge for it, no matter how much I insisted. Love you guys.!! Just the reason to shop local. All the big brand names were booked out for 4 days unless it’s a new AC install. Thanks AC express.
All our appreciation to MICHAEL and ROB who came to check issues with our Furnace today., after a cold night. They were on time and did find the problem within 5 minutes, they took care of the issue on the spot and were very knowledgeable. As I told Michael,,MAMA is going to be happy tonight . They did not charge me a penny for the service, since it was "quicky", and I really appreciate it. I will be using AC EXPRESS again if need be, and will refer them to all neighbors and friends. Thank you.
A little while back our AC went out and the owner was able to answer and help us with the part needed to repair over the weekend! Great people, saved us from the other companies that refused to answer their phones during their busy season!
My AC stopped working on a Saturday morning. Called AC Express and they had a technician out here within 2 hours to see what was wrong. I got an estimate from another HVAC company Monday saying I would have to replace a bunch of other things. AC Express said that's not necessary and explained why, and fixed the problem the next day. They saved me a lot of money and do indeed an 'express' job!
I have to give AC Express 5 Stars. they installed our complete HVAC system 6 years ago when our old one stopped working (it was about 22 years old). On that initial install, they came out same day and completed the job in less than 4 hours. Our AC stopped cooling efficiently recently so I called them in the evening to come out to see what was going on. They scheduled us the following morning and came out and checked our system (it had been 5 years since we had them do a PM, dont wait that long). it turned out to be something small (slightly clogged drain line) but they were nice and professional and couldn't have asked for better service (in both the initial install and the service call). I would recommend AC Express if anyone asks me who I'd use. Thank you for your continued great service and professionalism. -Gary
Have called AC Express twice in past two years. They are responsive and professional. First time was to replace an aged outside unit. The price was very reasonable and the unit has been running without any problems. Second time was a clogged drainage pipe. The technician came to site and told me what the issue is and I can fix it easily myself. After I tried myself and he came back to my house again to confirm it's been done right. Even for him to come by twice, it’s free of charge! I would highly recommend AC Express for any AC service to anyone and use them for future services myself.
