Dangerous drivers. 6/8/2022 at 6:18am, their driver was tailing people and speeding well past the speed limit down Yeon Ave in industrial Portland. This driver needs his license revoked.

Very professional and amazing people
Did a faulty install of roof vents on our home. All four roof vents have issues, resulting in mold in our attic. It had been only 2.5 years, and we now have mold because of this. I felt he should have offered to fix it, but I was willing to do it. Did not offer to fix and said he would call me back with the part number to get it fixed. I still don't know the part number. Since I don't have the part number, now all four roof vents have to be replaced instead. What could have been a 2 hour DIY job is now a substantial project I have to hire someone for. He mentioned they do hvac for around 240 houses a year, so I'm sure they are the lowest contractor bulk bid. So everything is done as cheaply as possible, resulting in poor quality. That's fine, I get it, but they should fix what is obviously a faulty installation.
I had an absolutely atrocious experience with Andersen heating. I scheduled a meeting with their receptionist Radiah and a service tech was supposed to come out. They didn't show. No call. No show. I had the service tech's cell phone and tried to reach him several times without a response. I waited for three hours for him to show before finally leaving and heading to work. Then 2 more hours later, he shows and asks to be let in. Unacceptable. Do not use this company!
