We have been with Bull Mountain since 2012 . This week our AC went out when the temperature was in the 90’s. Bull Mountain scheduled us, but were able to get to us 3 days earlier. As always Korey was able to identify the issue and replace the capacitor quickly. He also checked the coolant to make sure we were good. We have a service plan with Bull Mountain to keep our heat pump working. Every technician and the office staff are professional, knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service.

After seeing their work on a neighbors house I knew that I was gonna use Bull Mountain.. professional. Clean. Friendly.. I would recommend them to anyone that asks who I had do my HVAC system.

Eddie was on time, efficient, and resolved our problem. We signed up for regular service because of how well we were treated. We had a noisy compressor startup and it was beginning to worry us on our 20 year old unit. Eddie leveled our AC with shims, tightened the compressor mount, and ensured the blade shaft was also tight, tested the system pressure levels, cleaned out the fins and more. I was expecting an expensive bill - beyond the regular service - but that was all included. Finally a company that is fair, on time, professional, and reliable. Thanks.

Good honest people to work with. Family owned. Reasonably priced. Heat and ac were both working on same day as removal of ac and gas furnace. The crew was hardworking good people. People you can trust in your home. Also the outdoor ac condensor all weather cover was damaged from factory. It was replaced with original oem part. In reasonable time.

No complaints, they checked out our HVAC and gave us good marks, made some suggestions on running the fan and a 5% discount on ordering filters through their web site.
We were looking for a second opinion after getting a quote from another company for a whole system repair. A friend of ours recommended that we call, and we couldn't be happier with the response time given that the property is our rental. Our service technician, Korey, quickly diagnosed that our furnace did in fact NOT have to be replaced and that he could have it up and running later that day. I was very impressed that he took the time to call me while on site to go over his findings rather than just send me an email and a bill for his inspection with a note that says "call the office to schedule your next appointment". So incredibly happy with Bull Mountain and their team of honest and reliable professionals. Will definitely be using for any future needs.
I have a tankless water heater that needed a repair. I called on a Sunday eve and they were here early Monday. Eddie was friendly and competent. He showed me pictures of the problems and fixed it quickly. He also looked at my furnace and adjusted the filters at no extra cost. I would highly recommend Bull Mountain.
Eddie was very professional and did excellent work getting my heat pump back up and running. I have used Bull Mountain Heating and Cooling several times now and they are a pleasure to work with. Edit: Unfortunately I am having the same issues again. I reached out to Bull Mountain on two separate occasions via text and filling out a service request on their website to try and get someone back out to service my heat pump. It has now been over a month and I have not heard anything back from them. This is really disappointing and has led me to change my rating.
During March of this year I contracted with Bull Mountain for installation of a new heating, air conditioning system and water heater. The technician, Kevin, along with 2 other technicians (Dylan and Ryan) arrived on time and immediately began their work. Kevin was very good with explaining all aspects of the installation throughout the entire process. He also asked me if I had any questions throughout the process to ensure that I was aware of all procedures. The installation took 2 days and after completing work each day, the garage (work area) was swept and all debris removed. I was very happy with Kevin and the rest of the crew and would recommend Bull Mountain HVAC for any heating or cooling repair or installations.
The folks at Bull Mountain were awesome. They were able to come out to assess and fix our heat pump quickly. Another group told us that we would have to replace our whole system ($10000 cost) whereas Bull Mountain was able to provide a repair at a fraction of the cost. Honest, reliable and professional!
The technician Korey was actually early which worked out great for us. He explained what he was going to do, gave us pointers on routine things we could do to improve efficiency, and was extremely courteous. Contact with billing was offered via email, which I accepted. Edit: we reached out for help again. On 3/10/23 the service person showed up and was able to quickly discover that the issue causing us heartache was a super simple fix! He was courteous and friendly!
From the first call Bull Mountain Heating was easy to work with and communication was great. When it came time for the repair, Eddie was quick and efficient. He diagnosed and fixed the problem easily and was on his way. Would definitely use Bull Mountain Heating again. Would highly recommend!
