I can't recommend this company enough. We worked with both Ben and Nate. They are polite and answered all of our questions. We will be using 24/7 for any and all of our future HVAC needs
Nate arrived on-time, explained everything he was doing (answered lots of quesions from our five-year-old) and showed of video and pictures of the inside of our furnace before and after cleaning. We better understand how our machine works, and will be repeat customers. Thanks, Nate!
We have used 24/7 Heating & Cooling for a few different things over the years and every single experience has been delightful. Our most recent one was exceptional! We recently moved to a new home and noticed the AC wasn’t working properly on the first hot day of the season. We called and Kelsey came out within a day or so(we were not in a hurry). Kelsey is always on time and so polite. He identified multiple issues and gave us several options as to what we could do, from repairing to replacing. We decided to replace the whole system. Ben and Kelsey put in 2 long days and had our house throw multiple curve balls at them, but they always had a smile on their face. They are both very professional and kept us in the loop as to what was going on. Ben and Kelsey are so tidy and leave the spaces they are in cleaner then they found them. They know their trade and take pride in their work. Their prices are fair and they are honest, they don’t up sale. We can’t recommend them enough! BEST HVAC company in the Tigard area, hands down.
Buyer beware! We had a 24/7 tech come out and tell us our A/C compressor went bad and it would be $3k to fix or $5k to replace. We had another company come out and TEST the capacitor, which was actually the problem. They fixed the issue for a $15 part. 24/7 charged us $99 to lie to us. The other company charged us $75 to fix our A/C.
After moving into my townhome over 2 years ago I worked with 24/7 to put in an AC unit and we had a lot of challenges including a preexisting leaky AC line. They worked with me to provide needed information for my HOA to run a new line. On top of that I find they are very ethical. I had a quote from another company who was also trying to charge me additional cost for a third party engineer to survey my backyard and get a working permit because I lived in a flood zone. 24/7 got the permit for me without any cost because the city already have all the stuff and all they needed was my signature! They treated me with dignity and not just another clueless person they can scam. Their quote also came back over 1/3 less then the other company. Since then I have called them for any other heating or cooling issues I had and I have always had a quick response and my issues were always quickly resolved. I know I can trust them.
Ben and his fellow worker were on time and worked hard to put our new furnace in, I did not know our house could be so warmed so quickly. The new furnace is so quiet, and the upstair back rooms now receive heat. What a blessing.
I called at 8 am and my furnace was working again at 4 pm
24/7 is extremely responsive and they send techs out fast! I have had two instances where I have needed urgent services, and they have had someone out to my house within a couple of hours! Exceptional service and very fair! 10/10 would recommend.
Ben is great. Our furnace was dead on a Sunday. He was super-helpful by phone diagnosing the problem before he came out. He then came out the next day and repaired what was needed. He was efficient and reasonable. We'll be sure to use him next time.
24/7 Heating & Cooling recently installed a new central AC unit on my home in SW Portland. They were prompt and professional during the entire experience and the unit has been working great. Thanks for the hard work and reasonable prices!
Just had my AC and Furnace replaced and they did an awesome job! Very professional and the equipment looks fantastic. I was set up with an energy efficient furnace, an AC unit I can control from my phone, and the process didn’t take long at all. I definitely recommend them
Ben and Brad exceeded my expectations. I had them do a complete furnace and air conditioning installation and am very pleased with the work they did. They were very good about communicating what I could expect throughout the process from the moment Ben came to my house to provide a free estimate. Ben is a person of integrity and really values doing things the right way. He also listens carefully to my concerns and makes a recommendation that he backs up. I ran into him while shopping at Costco yesterday and he had a contagious smile, eager to see how I was doing. I highly recommend Ben and his team. In fact I recommended them to my neighbors and they did a complete furnace and AC installation too.

I was incredibly impressed with this company and I would recommend them 100% without reservations. I am always concerned when contracting out work that the quoted price for the job will end up being more in some kind of attempt at up-selling. I expressed this concern to Ben (the owner) and he said that the only reason the price would change is if we wanted to upgrade something mid-install, and that if anything came up that he missed in his inspection, then it wouldn't affect the price. Well, it turns out that our "AC ready" home had damaged pipes inside the wall and they needed to run brand new pipes along the outside and encase them. True to Ben's word he said that it wouldn't be an additional cost to us and they promptly came the next day and finished the job. Very impressed with this company. If you have heating or cooling needs and you want transparency and great customer service, then I would go here.
Ben is the best. We've had him out a number of times, both for furnace repair and AC issues. He's a good guy, on time or calls if he can't be, I recommend him highly.
Absolutely AMAZING!! Very professional and courteous. Arrived on time per our scheduled time. kept me informed every step of the way. It's hard enough to have your furnace die on you, but these guys really were wonderful to deal with and gave us back a lot of warmth. Thank you very much.
Ben was very polite and helpful. He gave us a couple of options to help us save some money. We will definitely call him again when we have a need!
My furnace went out in the middle of winter, and I called three different repair people to get an accurate estimate. Ben from 24/7 came out to my house and look at my furnace and said it was too old to fix, I'd have to spend between $5000 and $8,000 to get a new one from him. Then another repair company came out and said it was the igniter, and it would cost me $75 to fix. So I called up Ben and told him I felt he wasn't being honest, and I should have the non-refundable $100 that he charged refunded, but he said that he was just misinformed and was going to keep the money. So I had to pay him $100 to try and rip me off.
No-call no-show in freezing cold weather with a broken furnace. Never again.
