Conrad initially installed our new thermostat at a fair rate. Then when our AC needed a part replaced during a heat spell they fit us in within 2 days. Thanks Conrad team.
If you’ve got an HVAC issue or an install to get in, I’d call these guys. Definitely. I did my homework. Everything was fantastic. New AC install for a ranch style home. I called around town for a couple estimates. Dimitri came to do the estimate early this week when my wife was home. She said he was very nice and explained everything very clearly. He emailed me three different scenarios, three different estimates, at the end of that same day. We liked all three, and so when I approved one estimate (it’s all a very easy online setup they’ve got for this), Dimitri called me up shortly after, told me he had the unit I was looking for right in front of him, and he sent Roman and Vinny out…the next day. That would be today, the very next day. They came today. I approved the estimate yesterday. My work folk were amazed that Conrad got me situated that quickly. Me too. Poured a concrete pad, installed everything, real clean install. It looks awesome outside. And Roman and Vinny, also very friendly, very clear explanations to someone like me who is only mildly handy. Everyone was on time, I got texts about who was en route, and when I got home from work…I had central AC. The price was what I expected, the service was waaaay more than I was expecting. I’d call them again in a heartbeat. One of the other local companies came out for their estimate, and told my wife if we don’t see their estimate emailed to me in the next 3-4 WEEKS, to call the office back. Um…yeah nope. Oh, and the third place never came for the estimate at all. No show. No call. There it is. Big fan of Conrad.
I have used this company twice and both times they were great. On time, excellent quality of work, and issues resolved. Any future HVAC/AC/Heating work I need I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Conrad HVAC installed my new furnace. The quality of the installation work was excellent. respect for our home was demonstrated with the installation team's attention to cleanings up after the installation was complete. Highly recommend them
