My wife called them because we thought our water heater was leaking because the water was dripping right under it. After a couple days they came out to look at it "free of charge" that is what they told my wife on the phone at two different occasions before we scheduled. So after coming out they decided that it was a plumbing issue, so not something that they do and that we had to get a plumber. But the tech decided to call his boss for advice and was told to perform the repair or a temporary fix for a service fee. Next day the water was leaking even more to a point that we needed a emergency plumber. Me and my wife called them back before we called the plumber to see if they will come and fix this issue since it got worse after their "repair". They told us that they can't do anything and that we need a plumber. I said ok no problem we would like our money back then. At this point they got extremely rude and short with us. At one point they hung up on me, but I called right back. After much back and forward they decide that they can give me half of my money back. I told them that is not ok and that they need to give us back the whole refund because now I have to use an emergency plumber which costs a lot more. After I said that I heard the owner in the background yell "If that is how it is gonna be now we are not going to give you any of your money back." I said ok if that is how you're going to be don't expect any of my business anymore. We were also informed by the plumbing company that unless you are a licensed plumber you should not do any repairs on the that fall under the plumbing issues.

This business is a top notch operation, and there is no one else I would recommend for HVAC service/repair. The services they provide are reasonably priced and the repairs/maintenance they perform is always thorough, as opposed to the band aid that most companies provide. And most importantly the techs are personable, professional, and have integrity. Have worked with both Kenny and Allen, and they both have been incredibly pleasant and explanatory. Have worry free service agreements on both a home and a business, wouldn’t let anyone else touch my HVAC systems.

Every time I call the office the ladies are always so personal & very nice & you couldn't ask for better folks to work with & better folks who do their best to help in times of trouble when your out of service . When the heat is exhausting & you cant take anymore they are life savers ❤
25> years of working with them with 6 rental properties and they somehow cannot honor an appointment a month out to check my AC unit. So disappointed. I will not use them in the future. The guys in the field are fine. The office and the customer service are horrible.
Allen and Tony S. came to my house today and were friendly and knowledgeable. They got right to work and efficiently identified and solved three problems for me that now have my AC sucking hot air out of my house faster than the government sucks money out of my paychecks!
They maintain our lakehouse and are great.

Called Quality Comfort when my heat went out in January. They got me on the schedule quickly and sent a highly trained and polite tech named Allen. He went over everything that was wrong and gave me a fair price to fix it before he did any of the work. I would highly recommend Quality Comfort Heating and Air!

Called on call tech and got VM stating leave a message they would call back within the hour. No call back. Two hours later when the office opened I called againand was told chances were slim they could send someone out as they were short handed. When I asked why the on call person didn’t call back there was no real explination and no apology either. I had water dripping from my ceiling and duct work from a flooded drain pan because of a clogged drain line. Called another business who had workmen at my house is less than an hour. Won’t be calling Quality again.
Our old unit died and we called the largest A/C company in the area. The quote they gave us was just ridiculous. A co-worker recommended Quality Comfort so I called them. They gave us a quote which was extremely reasonable, and we got a better a/c unit. The guys came out at 8:30 am and were completely finished by 2:30 pm that same day. Plus they replaced our furnace as well. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are great and they are honest. That is rare these days.
Prompt, professional, and knowledgeable technician. The company was honest in scheduling and notifying me of Allen’s arrival. I was so impressed that I signed up for a biannual check up of the HVAC system.
I've ben using Quality for years and these guys are top notch! Always show up on time, very reliable and professional. Everyone that has been at our home is very respectful of our property.
We came home from visiting family out of town the other night and thought our home seemed a little warm. We could hear the air moving through the vents but thought it must have been warm from the unusually hot week and it would just take time to cool off. However, when I woke up at 6:30 the next morning our house 80*. I found QC online and they sent a tech out that day. The awesome part is-it was a simple fix. The condensation drip line was clogged and a safety switch shut the unit off. I was only charged a reasonable service fee by the tech. Based of my experience, these people seem good to their word. They could have easily charged me 3x the amount, but didn't. I will definitely be using them in the future.
I called Quality Comfort for my routine preventive maintenance couple of years ago and to this day I continue with QC. They are proficient, prompt, and professionals. No different than any other company, so why I stay Quality Comfort? Because the customer service is second to none, from the scheduler that made appointment easy and convenience for me to the service tech that seems very proud of his job and his company. Job well done John.
My AC was out and I called Quality Comfort and I had great response and great service. I have used them a couple of times. Will keep on using them.
They always respond quickly, are professional and while not the cheapest, I do not hesitate to call them. Very professional. You can have it done, or you can have it done correctly, take your pick. I call them for my office and my home. Tony is the best!!
