Had and issue with the first tech that came out, the owner called me personally and we spoke I told him what happened he listened and was very understanding he didn’t make excuses for his tech instead he insured our issues would be addressed and fixed He sent out another tech the same day and although we had a power outage the tech still stayed and did whatever he could to help and told us he would be back at 8am to finish, the next day he was back 8am as promised he checked everything found the issues fixed them and even stayed awhile to monitor the system. Once he left my system was finally working properly and my house is cool. Thank you so much I appreciate the time and effort that our tech Malik put forth to fix the issue.
Malik was amazing! He took the time to figure out what was wrong with you system and listened to our concerns. Our warranty company requested a replacement of out system which has now been installed. Claudio and Draford were amazing! Quick and efficient. They communicated any concerns they had and did an amazing job!
Both of the gentlemen that came out were very prompt & professional. Justin & Alex installed my new HVAC unit today, very knowledgeable & cleaned everything up when they left.

The hold process was top shelf outcome... I appreciate your lead installer Andre Siguencia and his apprentice Isaac, they explain the installation process very clearly to me... As I mention to them from my research, I'm aware that the success of a well functioning AC system, stems from the installer. Andre agreed with that assessment, and I feel comfortable he did a excellent Job!!! If ever I need Formula Air service again, I hope I have the opportunity and honor to work with Cameron, Andre and Isaac and team for they delivered their promise. Thanks, David Taylor 07/01/2023
They installed a new AC unit for me. Blade and Justin were very professional. It was a very hot day during the installation and yet they were nice answering all my questions.
Malik was fantastic! He was incredibly professional, on time, and was able to answer all of my questions and fix the issue. I highly recommend Formula Air!
Malik came out on a home warranty call for me. He was very knowledgeable and showed me in great detail the problem with my system. Looking forward to working with them on the follow up repair.

I particularly appreciated their use of technology, from the automated update texts to the alert enabling tracking of the tech's travel to our home to the prompt, automated email of the invoice.
Best experience I've ever had with HVAC company. Malik was professional and friendly. He went above and beyond testing my system thoroughly to ensure he could find and resolve the problem. He was successful, and all is running great now. Signed up for a maintenance program with this company. 10/10 would recommend.
