Call in the morning, they told me since the next day was the 4th ,that it would be Wednesday before they could send me a tech, so we bought a portable unit to help us last till den, got a call later in the afternoon the guy at the door, 30 minutes later my unit was back running. Thank you!
The service technician, Roger, was at our house after 10pm and had our ac running by 11:15. We are so grateful that, after a long day, he was so willing to make sure we had cool air in this very hot weather. Your company is very fortunate to have such a dedicated employee! McClintock has always responded quickly and really good people to work with!
We have been a customer with McClintock for awhile now and have always been impressed with the technicians that complete our biannual maintenance. Today we had our summer cleaning and system check with John Miller - he was fantastic! Personable, professional, respectful, efficient and very knowledgeable. He answered many questions that I had and spent extra time explaining things! Even encouraged us to call him if we had further questions. Highly recommend
We enjoy the service that we get from this company and all of their service people. Jake was thorough and attentive when we had questions. We moved to McClintock years ago after a poor experience with another provider. Happy that we made the switch.
What an awesome service Matt performed. He was quick and efficient. Made sure all of our questions were answered and made sure the system was running properly before he left. Worked clean. Super friendly.

I am giving their service and response time 5 stars. The staff and technicians are prompt, professional and polite. No complaints at all there. If there were a separate rating for equipment, I would only give it 3 stars. This is a Trane system, supposedly excellent reputation, but it sprang a big refrigerant leak after 2 years. To McClintock's credit, it is being replaced and repaired under warranty.
Had such wonderful service with McClintock. Andres was efficient, explained every detail and made sure I had all the options. Very professional and timely. I’ve always had a great experience when using McClintock. I won’t use any other company.
The technician, Marty, was professional, on time, and a good guy to boot. He was able to resolve my issue quickly and my AC is once again producing cold air that will be needed in the upcoming days and into the summer. The office staff was also helpful and I received 2 phone calls AND a text regarding scheduling and arrival of Marty the day of the work. Overall, I am very happy with the McClintock operation.
Chad was very polite and went right to work. He did an thorough check on my system outside and inside. Explained everything to me so I could understand it. I have had other companies do my maintenance and they just washed the unit and were gone. Please give McClintock a call and use them, you will not be disappointed. Had an issue with my new unit that was installed last year that I was partially at fault. Carlos came by within the hour to take a look. $2500 repair was made the next day at no cost due to the warranty. Carlos was very knowledgeable and professional and fixed the unit. The company was very responsive and has a great staff. This is the type of business that is hard to come by nowadays and the work they do will keep you as a customer for life!

I can not believe how amazing this company is. We had our air go out on a Saturday night and called for service on Sunday morning. I couldn't sleep and the house was becoming extremely humid and uncomfortable. Tommy called and was on the case within the hour. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, fix it, and then modify what caused the issue in the first place so it wouldn't happen again! Tommy then checked all other components of the system to ensure everything else was running as it should. He was very professional and friendly and even put up with our crazy dog! I can't not say enough how happy we are that we went with McClintock! Thanks again Tommy for coming out on a Sunday! Jaime came for our semi annual and that dude was legit, still loving our decision to get a car note for an AC unit!

I'm a new customer and did my research on local companies with the best ratings. I wasn't disappointed! 1st call to Lindsey was great! She was so friendly and explained the process. Dispatch (I didn't get her name but she was great too!) then called to let me know the technician was on the way. Marty, the technician, was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly determined why my AC wasn't throwing out any air. (I'd already done some research of my own to get an idea of what the problem might be so not to be potentially taken advantage of) Marty was spot on and had my house cooling off in about 15 minutes. I'm very pleased with the entire experience.
Roger was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Would definitely use these guys going forward.
