I have been using AirWorks for years as I was still using an original system that was installed in 1994. I finally did a complete replacement and I could not be happier with my new system. Matt, Rick, and the installation team were fantastic!
Tony and Steve were terric. They were professional and informative. Did not try to sell us anything that wasn't needed. Would recommend this team to future customers!

We have our hvac system maintained by Airworks. They came out and serviced our hvac system on September 21st. My wife was here with the tech, but had to keep our dog calmed down, so she remained in the garage while the tech did the maintenance inside our home. I have a .45 Springfield Armory handgun that I keep next to my bed and it happened to go missing that same day the maintenance was done. The handgun was there when I woke up and gone when I returned home from work. Strange coincidence? I don’t have any proof that the tech took it but it has set there safely for 12 years before without incident. I called the office and voiced my concerns and they said they hadn’t had any issues with things being reported stolen. There wasn’t another person or service in my house that entire week. Be careful!

We woke up this morning without AC. Cody called us when he said he would and arrived within 3 hours on a toasty Sunday. He was fantastic and had everything taken care of in record time! Thank so much to Cody and Airworks!
Had airworks come clean and maintain my ac unit. Tony was super professional and efficient at getting the job done. Would def recommend airworks and use them again.
Able to get an appointment next day, tech called about 20 minutes prior to arrival, on time, friendly, explained procedures and final assessment. Due to age of a/c unit and need for replacement, the company owner came next day to discuss replacement options. Owner very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. Offered to review issue and email me an estimate. He did exactly that within 2-3 hours. Overall, working with AirWorks was a positive experience. I felt they were honest, reliable and followed through with what they said they would do. I would use this company again. I would also refer them to my neighbors.
Technician Cody came out to repair my unit. He went above and beyond to find the problem and fix it correctly. I appreciated how thorough he was!

I have used this company for many years and Rick is the kindest person you will find their company is efficient and very knowledgeable, very polite every young man that has ever come out to my home and out rental properties has always been top notch just used Cody and Toney they were so kind to my elderly parents and did a great job on their air conditioner love love love this company absolutely the best recommend them to everyone

They gave us sound advice and expertly installed a new American Standard A/C system with an awesome thermostat. Then did it again for my mother a few weeks later. They were prompt, professional, courteous and kind. Strongly recommend both AirWorks and American Standard.
BIG shout out to Cody. I stopped at the Quick Trip on Monroe Rd this morning to put air in my tires. The tire machine was not working properly. I saw a guy in an Air Works truck and asked if he could help me put air in my tires. He said that the air machine was missing a part soooo Cody got an air tank out of his van and filled all 4 of my tires to the proper level!! Thank you Cody!!! You’re a GREAT representative of your company and a very kind individual!!! Thank you again!!!!
Cannot say enough good things about Chris Calloway and Airworks. Chris provided prompt, 5 star service. He was extremely professional and made sure he explained everything he was doing, gave us all our options, and we were fully satisfied with the outcome. Couldn’t recommend Chris and Airworks enough and will certainly utilize their unparalleled service again in the future.
I've been using AirWorks for both regular maintenance as well as multiple emergency calls over the past few years, and am always really pleased with them. 9/10 times Matt is the technician who ends up coming for repairs, and he always remembers (or at least looks at the notes before he gets here, which is still awesome) previous issues, and is willing to explain what he's doing/what is causing whatever the issue is, which I appreciate, especially if/when it's something I could prevent from reoccurring. I ended up having to have my entire heat pump system replaced this past week, and every single person involved was super knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, and just had great attitudes. I live in an older condo that had some challenges, both with the logistics of installing the new system, and with the HOA needing to approve aesthetic aspects of it outside, and Rick was very patient and willing to work with everyone to find a solution that would get approved by my HOA. They also had really great financing options available, which made the whole thing a lot less stressful. I'll absolutely continue using them, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a heating/cooling repair company (or needing a new system).
Matt was the tech that came out to service our broken AC and he was great!! Super knowledgeable and provided us with additional education/information about caring/maintaining our furnace and ac unit and also ways we could improve our heating and cooling in the future since this has been an issue for us in the past with our split level home. I completely trust and feel very satisfied with the services we received and would use and recommend them in the future!
Always great value in services performed by AirWorks Cooling & Heating ,LLC,really taking care of customer needs, which normally are on urgent basis ... Most of the time works had been assigned to Sr Technician Matt Taylor, and his professionalism always provide real customer satisfaction.Highly recommended.
