Jason came out and found the problem and was very informative! Would use again!
I had a cooling issue that 2 other people could not figure out. Jason came out and was great! He diagnosed the problem and had us fixed in an hour and a half! He came in throughout the time to give me updates and explain what he was finding. I felt instantly he was someone I could trust and would not create unnecessary repairs. The price was very reasonable. I will be a customer in the future!
Jason from South End was patient, informative and genuinely honest. Jason broke down the issue step by step with visuals so that I could understand without feeling overwhelmed or incompetent. He reiterated information that I'd been given before by another South End technician so it was comforting to know that their technicians were giving accurate information and truly knew their craft. Jason was patient as we called my wife to discuss solutions and never once pressured us to do one thing or another. Jason and South End will always come highly recommended in our household.

This company was SO easy to work with! After finding out we needed a new HVAC we sought out multiple quotes, but no one was as responsive, professional, and easy to work with as Jason and South End Heating and Air. We are so glad we decided to work with them!

Jason is one of the best HVAC specialists. This year I have had trouble with both my furnace and ac unit. He always make sure he throughly go through and troubleshoot to provide a proper diagnostic. Whenever he comes up with a solution he always come in mind that his customers are just like him so he try to find the most cost efficient but correct solution that will legitimately solve the problem.
We were very pleased with our technician today, Jason Eiss. He explained the issue with our AC and gave several options. We will definitely call again and request Jason if we have future issues and recommend your company to others based on his service. Thank you!
Austin came to our home this morning to fix our AC unit. He came out immediately and had us up and running within 10 minutes. It’s challenging to find honest, good workers these days, so when you do find them, it’s such a relief. Thank you South End for saving the day and taking such great care of us!

Excellent customer service! Blake was a little early and called to get permission from me to start diagnosing my air conditioning unit. By the time I got home, he had diagnosed the problem! My air was on snd working in lest than 90 minutes! Awesome! Great work!

Got an email advertising a $47 system check and low and behold, I actually only ended up paying $47.😳 Didn’t try to talk me into anything or tack on any extra fees. Jason, the tech, was quick to respond via text, on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a thorough check and told me things to watch out for (bec my system is 20 years old), but no scare tactics to get me to spend more money. Will definitely use them again.

HIGHLY recommend! I received a number of estimates to replace my crawlspace ductwork and HVAC unit. I also wanted my package unit relocated so I could add a deck to my house. South End was honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and priced appropriately. I received several estimates from other companies; all oh which were higher priced and from aggressive sales staff. South End listened to my needs and never tried to "sell" me, they simply wanted to find a solution which met my needs. They presented multiple options. I never felt pressured to make a purchase. I felt confident in their ability from the first interaction with them. My air quality and air pressure is significantly better since their install. I'd recommend this company to anyone needing repairs or a replacement.
