Installed a brand new A/C unit for us. Every step of the process was professional, kind, caring, and just all around awesome. From explaining options for units and brands, to the actual team that installed, to subsequent followups and post-installation questions, Collins Comfort Solutions is just all around stellar. I honestly can't even offer one bit of constructive criticism for improvement. Just a fantastic, fantastic business that really cares about its customers. I will certainly be calling them in the future for any additional HVAC work. Absolute A+ and can't recommend them enough!

A few years ago we w thought we needed to replace the whole 25 year old A/C system in our home.Patrick came and checked it and diagnosed that we only needed a thermostat. This time unfortunately it was done for.We called Collins comfort solutions again . They replaced the indoor and outdoor units quickly and professionally. I am very impressed with the quality workmanship and service.

Our 17 year old HVAC system finally called it quits. Had to have a new HVAC system installed in the middle of July. HOT! Patrick and his team at Collins Comfort Solutions were very professional and able to do the installation in 1 day! And for about $500 less than another quote I received. I hope our other HVAC unit lasts a few more years. But when it does come time to replace it, I will definitely call Patrick. I highly recommend Collins Comfort Solutions!
Collins Comfort Solutions was amazing!! They were so helpful.... immediately got me help.... and their prices were amazing! I was quoted $2,000 more from Travis Crawford Air for the Exact same job!! Plus Travis Crawford could not install for 2 weeks! Collins was able to install in 3 days! 5 stars!!!
Very happy with Collins Comfort Solutions. Patrick was very helpful and responsive when our HVAC failed. He prioritized installation and made sure the necessary permits were expedited. He continues to be a great help when any questions arise.

My air conditioning was dead. I know if I called some of the other guys I would have got a song and a dance and probably sold a whole new unit. Patrick diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty part, and taught me a little about what he was doing along the way. I definitely recommend them and will use again.
