Quick to respond - Jeff the technician was on time and diagnosed the issue quickly. However disappointed with a Trane unit sold and installed by MTB last year which already requires a new compressor.
I was notified the wee before and the day of my service. The tech was on time and very courteous. Review status of HVAC units and sent me a written explanation of what was done along with the specs.
Air stop working late evening, call and they sent Jeff the on call technician with In the hour. He had the air back on in less than 15 minutes he great. Thank you Jeff.

He was on time very professional and very patient. We were disappointed because we have a contract with MTB. and it seems that when someone comes out there is always a money problem. The compressor went out and a blockage in the unit. $900.00 worth of repairs this time.The system is only 5 years old. Why so many problems??
MTB never disappoints. They are responsive and always on time. Their technicians are very knowledgeable. They are also very easy to talk with.

The meeting I had with Ken from MTB was fantastic. He was thorough, explained the process and equipment in detail, and discussed what the entire process would look like. Ken was phenomenal to work with.
We have been looking for a good HVAC company. We originally called Kendall Air and discovered they were acquired by MTB. Acquisitions make me apprehensive but we decided to give MTB a try. Thanks to Tyrone, we may have found the HVAC company for all future work. Today, We had the experience of working with Tyrone Broome of MTB. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Our problem was related to the EZ drain of the AC unit in our attic. He offered, installed, and tested a new EZ Trap solution. He took the time to explain the use of the clean out plunger should we ever need it. His customer service skills are to be commended. Technicians such as him will be the reason we continue to use MTB.

My new system under Kendall was supposed to be no service for a year. I have questions about air quality and instead of checking for free, they wanted to charge me over 100.00. Under Kendall all was supposed to be free.
Ian was amazing. His knowledge, skill & expertise were top notch! He was very thorough. He showed me everything he was doing and explained it in layman's terms. I felt he was very honest and trustworthy. Extremely considerate covering his shoes to not track dirt all over. This company was recommended by a friend who has been using them for 20 yrs. I can see why! I will be using them from now on too!!
Just wanted to give some feedback for Manny A. who services the York area. I've had him to my home over the years for service and troubleshooting my system. Manny is always thorough, patient, and answers all of our questions. Last week he took the time to go through the build of my system as if it were a new system as an attempt to troubleshoot an ongoing issue that we're having with our unit. Really nice guy as well, I hope you keep people like him around. Thanks Manny!!
MTB sent Craig out ( within 1 hour of me calling ) he had the issue diagnosed and repaired in less than a hour and to my surprise he didn’t just pack up and leave then . He went in the crawl space and checked the air handler also. Super nice , professional and informative !! Would definitely use and recommend MTB to everyone.
AC was not cooling. Called Sat am and they were here by 12:30. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Have been using MTB for 10+ years. Very satisfied.
MTB has been very responsive to our needs over the last few years. Given the poor quality of the new build units, MTB has worked with us through the warranty and non warranty periods even though they were not original installers. Now they have installed a new Trane system quickly and efficiently for our basement unit. Hopefully they can help us continue to get several more years out of the other two units.
