The technician was super. He came, he saw, he said it's fine, NO issues and did this in FOUR min!!! I offered to run upstairs to turn it on, he said I can do it from here..touched two wires, fired right up. This happened SO FAST, he called into the office to see if there was even a charge. He was told to charge me $89 service call, which is ok, I get that. BUT, then was told to charge me $115. I asked what this was for...it was for touching the wires together to start it!! WTH is that? I balked hard. They put the boss on and he said THIS time he'd let it slide. As a repeat customer, I bought the system from them, I was appalled. I'll not need a second favor from them in the future. I'll try a competitor.
Tom was very professional and very helpful, went out of his way to make sure our problem was solved. Tha k you Tom, I recommend Kempf Heating very highly!
The man that answered the phone today was a honest person who suggested a fix over the phone and it worked!, It honestly took me by surprise because everyone else wanted to charge 89 just to walk in my door This gentleman is a down to earth human being and I appreciate it so much !!!!!!!

I'm so glad that I found Kempf Heating & Cooling. They will be the only company that I call when I need heating and cooling maintenance or service. The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone when I called to see if someone could come out and see what was wrong with my A/C unit actually did some research for me first, before he sent anyone out, so that he could try to get an idea of what the problem was. Then, someone came out that very day and was able to not only fix the problem, but did a little clean up on the unit. My system is back up and running very well and the total cost of the repair was very reasonable. Prompt, courteous service. Fair pricing.
I am thankfull for the help that was given to me today. My ac was not working and I received a call first thing in the morning and they walked me through a few things to look at before they would have to come out. Most places would still charge for the consult but he was helpful and super nice. I would definatly recommend Kempf Heating and cooling.

When I had to have more work done on my HVAC system after prior service jobs hadn't fixed it, quite a few people recommended Kempf. All I can say is: dependable, smart, honest, and won't try to rip you off. I can't recommend them highly enough.
