This is an amazing company and group of people who were incredibly helpful to me on my AC and furnace needs. They went above and beyond with helping me with insurance claim for my HVAC, and they always answered my calls and got back to me quickly with help and answers.

Owner Dan Crain very unprofessional. Tech sent out on two occassions and still has not fixed the issue. Called the company to inform them the problem still exists and was talked to demeaning by owner for inquiring when someone was going to fix the issue.
I'm very pleased with the excellent service and installation. Professional, experienced, staff. Highly recommend them!
I would give this place a negative for the poor customer service quality. I have been waiting for someone to contact me for over a month now regarding a refund of $199 that I was informed would be issued. The service was never provided and will not be provided in the future. Instead all I've gotten is complete silence. When I call, I'm met with note takers that will pass along my message. Just an all around horrible experience!!😡🤬
They put in a new H-VAC system for me. The technicians, Richie and Hunter, were very thorough and professional, explaining everything. They made sure everything was done perfectly. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are an awesome group of people.

Our office's A/C went out on the hottest stretch of days this year. Gave Crain a call and despite being super busy (again, hottest days of the year thus far) they came out, diagnosed the issue, and had our unit back up and running within 30 minutes. Danny and Phil are rock stars and took fantastic care of us. Don't hesitate to call Crain Heating & Air for your new installs, replacements, conversions, or repairs. They WILL do you up right!
Phillip and his team installed a new central air unit and furnace and additional ducts. The quality of the products and the price were very good. Phillip took the time to ask me directly what my concerns are and exactly what I wanted done. He was patient and took the time to get it done the way I wanted it to be done. He worked with me in figuring out the proper placement of the new vents in my bedroom and bath. There was a mishap on the height installation of the new duct work in the basement. When I showed it to him, he immediately hopped on it to make it right. Doing this delayed him but he did it anyway and it made me very happy. Phillip made it clear that he wanted our business and wanted to exceed our expectations. And he did! They were professional and polite. I can't say enough good things about Phillip and his team!

This’ll be the third time I’ve used them, and they are consistent. They’re consistently responsive. Consistently professional. On time (early twice), extremely well priced, and extremely friendly. From the people in the office to the people at my door; It seems like every inch of this company is total quality.
Crain is top notch and competitive relative to costs, promptness, quality of installation, detail and clean up. The installation of our 19-year old heat pump and air handler resulted in a well coordinated and detailed effort. It all started with Danny providing several solution offerings, then Phillip and crew onsite to install our selection. These guys showed up extra early and knocked it out of the ball park. Kudo's to Crain for setting the bar high!
Anthony arrived inside the arrival window. He donned his shoe covers before entering our home. A very personable and respectful personality. He was also very thorough and professional. Very pleased with the experience, we will request Anthony for any future needs. I have used Crain for over 20 years, and have always been satisfied with their work and staff.
Needed to have my heater replacement they came in it was quick easy professional and they gave me a fair price. Next year my AC went out and needed to be replaced they gave me the same price as if I had done it together and it blows ice cold and has been warm all winter. Honest friendly service company.

When you are looking for "The best, of the best, of the best!" Amanda in the office put up with my nonsense, and Danny and Phil had me taken care of in no time at all. Friendly and personable with a quality warranty and prompt service. The only way I would be happier is if they had a dog in the office. But they don't. 10 out of 10! I wouldn't send my family to anyone else.
Philip got our boiler system running again. After a few days of not having his ordered parts delivered, he drove to pick them up himself. Five stars to Crain, and Ten to Philip! W&J Jones, Sellersburg, Indiana.
