Tim & Terry were great! They showed me pics of the inside of the unit and told me a few things I might look out for.
We have relied on Becht/Givens for our heating and cooling needs for the past 14 years. Tim serviced our A/C unit yesterday and we were very pleased with his professional skills.
Air conditioner capacitor replaced today at Mom's house. The unit was also cleaned. Tim was very patient in explaining everything. He was professional.
I can't tell you how impressed I am with this company. I used them because they had good reviews and I have to admit, they still exceeded expectations. My AC unit is only 7 years old and over the last few summers, it really struggled to keep up with the heat despite getting it serviced with another company. I called Becht/Givens and they had my unit running smoother, quieter/colder and it has been SO nice to have a cool house in these hot summer months. I then decided to use their services to move my AC unit from the back of my house to the side of my house and they were: on time, reasonably priced, efficient, very professional, and very clean. My husband can attest to how picky I am with any contractors coming into our house and I've been raving about how great this company did!
