Very professional with great employees! They came as soon as possible to check out our AC on a hot day and even though it's going to have to be replaced our Comfort Advisor made us feel like the transition would go over very well. We asked a lot of questions and they had the answers!

Logan provided excellent service. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to accurately assess and fix my problem and thoroughly explained everything concerning my HVAC unit to me. I would highly recommend Logan and Gudorf and will not hesitate to use them again.

Kevin and Paul were on time, clean, pleasant and did a great job. We are extremely happy with the services they provided. They replaced our water heater with a tankless and replaced our well pump. We will definitely call them again!
First let me start off this review by saying, from the very first phone call, we knew we were in good hands. Tracy, the person who answered the phone was extremely personable and helpful with getting a time-frame scheduled for a tech to come out and address our issue. The technician, Robert was extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable of our situation. He was able to quickly, and efficiently help us out while also expertly managing to put our minds at ease. 10/10 will definitely use again in the future!
Once a repair couldn't be done they came back and installed a new water heater. Came in below estimate price too. Happy with the service.
These guys are great! Our furnace quit last night and we left a voicemail for them. They returned my call first thing this morning and was at our house in less than an hour. Logan was super professional. He made clear everything he was doing very clear and put me completely at ease. It was an easy fix, thank God and we had heat back in about an hour. We will definitely use them for future needs and would recommend them to our friends and family.
Paul was professional and courteous. The job was finished quickly and Paul vacuumed after the repair. I would recommend Gudorf's to anyone. Katelyn was also a tremendous help on arranging after hours service.
February of 2021 my water heater was replaced they did amazing. August of 2022 I found a leak at one of the sodering points called them because it was there work that needed repaired I left a key so they could get in and next thing I know I got a bill for repairs I never authorized. I never received a call to authorize the repairs. They fixed the leak that caused rust on top of the waterheater but also placed my expansion tank that wasn't leaking. The lady in charge apologized I didn't receive a call but still charged me a fuel fee and a service charge when I questioned it she put me on hold and never picked back up and I would still be on hold .
I called to set up an appt and was told that I would get a call back. I never got the call back.
The technician was great very knowledgeable. The prices were quite high but the technician informed us of options long term that would more efficiently fulfill our needs.
I called Gudorf to help me install an outlet for my microwave. I had a service tech here the next day. Paul was very polite and got right to the job. He new what he was doing. He even helped me install the microwave. I would definitely recommend Gudorf from my experience.
Once again Gudorf did a Fantastic job for us installing our new dishwasher. Not only are they professional, but they were very helpful with our appointment time due to an unexpected delay in having someone at home. Thank uou to Logan for always doing a great job for us!
