Very professional and helpful. Maintenance and repair was done in a very timely manner.
When our AC went out we called a competitor to BJ's first (they were on our thermostat and are a major supplier to new construction in our area.) They sent a young rep out who told us we needed a new compressor (or that it might be cheaper for a new outdoor unit altogether.) We called BJ's to get a competitive quote, and the owner was at my house within 2 hours. He quoted me a new outdoor unit but also wanted to have one of his techs double check the compressor, because it may be a bad capacitor or other issue. Long story short, it was and BJ's saved us $5200+. We have yet to even receive the quote from competitor. Cannot recommend BJ's enough!
As usual, BJ Heating and Cooling was spot on. Our problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly and professionally. They are the #1 HVAC contractor in the Kentuckiana area.
As always, their technicians are friendly and personable and very professional. They are very efficient and we have been incredibly happy with not only the repair and maintenance but also the new equipment that we have had installed. I would recommend BJ to anyone.
We had issues with our old system and knew we would need a new one. BJ Heating and cooling came out and even sent the owner to do our estimate. He gave us a wonderful system and special deal at fair pricing. Better thing yet is they came out in less than a week and did the install in just about 4 hours and we were up and running. Thank you for the great service and we will happily continue using this company for our HVAC needs!
I had a leak from my AC unit coming into my home and was very worried I might be facing a large repair bill. I scheduled an appointment online and received a call in less than 30 minutes. Within an hour I was contacted by Jayson who was already en route. He was very knowledgeable and was able to fix my issue (clogged condensate drain) and also educate me on how to prevent it from happening again. Fantastic company with fantastic technicians..... I truly couldn't have been more pleased by my service experience with BJ Heating and Cooling.
Installed new AC system. Returned quickly 2 weeks later to clean out the old drain that had clogged. Prompt, professional and caring service.
Barry came immediately after I called to come in and take a look at my system. I knew I was going to need new heating and air as my system was 27 years old. Barry didn’t pressure me at all on which system to go with and I ended up going with the top tier because my unit is in my living room behind a door and it bothered me as to how loud it was. Barry told me about a tax credit incentive if I also got a heat pump and again didn’t make me feel pressured to do so and I decided on that ad well due to the tax credit! They were out within a few days to install my new hvac and Levi was outstanding!! He reworked ducts to make things more practical and aesthetic and did an excellent job! My new system is great! Runs great, quiet and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service they gave me!
They came out within 2 hours of calling them. Unfortunately, they were not able to fix our 25 year old system. They tried putting in a new motor, but that just tripped the breaker. So we are waiting to have them put in a new unit. They were very friendly and professional. Prices seemed very reasonable. Definitely would recommend.
I used them a couple of times over this past year for A/C repair and a furnace installation and both times they did a great job. The service/repair tech as well as the installation techs were very knowledgeable, took the time to explain different options and the reason behind what they are recommending, along with giving pointers on how to help maintain systems. I think they are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.
The technicians arrived on time, were very polite and friendly, got right to work, and removed the old hvac system, then installed a complete new system in under a day.They went over the items with us before leaving. Very professional job! This is a reliable and good company that we've done business with for years.
They stopped by to help with a minor problem They figured out what it was and since it was an easy fix and I’m signed up for the maintenance program they didn’t charge me Great company!!

Got a full A/C replacement system, and BJ's was prompt, courteous, professional and did a GREAT job. Great value, as i shopped around and was very pleased with their price, without giving up any of the workmanship. 100% will use them again!

These guys are top notch professionals. I had them install a new blower unit at a very reasonable price - most places would probably recommend switching out everything but they made it work with the rest of my existing system since it was only a few years old. I had a few electrical hiccups due to the previous home owner's wiring setup and they've replaced the thermostat over 4 times and re-wired it several times without charging me extra - they honor their work and warranty with zero hesitation, I respect companies that own up to any errors - they will go above and beyond to make it right. The owner made an effort to prioritize every repair - i usually had them over the next day after a phone call. Every technician is cordial and friendly. I've recommended them to my friends and co-workers every single time. Just incredible service all around.
BJ Heating was my 2nd estimate. Unlike my first, BJ was knowledgeable and explained everything in comparison to other estimate. Bottom line, they gave a real fair price and the installation of the system went flawless. I recommend 100%
