Edgar serviced our A/C unit yesterday. This was our first experience with Top Tec and it was exceptional. Edgar was friendly, professional, and informative. Service was on time and responsive. Will definitely use Top Tec for all our HVAC needs.
Tech was very informative and I didn’t feel rushed when I asked questions. He spent the time to service our two handlers and condensers thoroughly and shared before and after photos of his work. Highly recommend

Had a new plug put in and 2 CFI plugs rewired and replaced. Tracy was pleasant and very quick. I will definitely use them again if needed
We were SO pleased with the EXCELLENT service we received last week. Julio and Cesar were extremely efficient, polite, respectful, and professional when they came to repair a cracked pipe that connected to our outdoor spigot. Would highly recommend this company to anyone! Today, Tracy came to quote some electrical work inside the home. Again, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. A double win for our family!
TOPTEC did a maintenance on the a/c. Edgar was pleasant and helpful to explain the process.
We were having an issue with our sump pump. TopTec installed new HVAC last year, did a great job, so we called them. Mustafa came came out on Wednesday and inspected the system. On Thursday he came out to install the pump. Mustafa was on time, professional, and went out of his way to point out some other things that might need to be addressed in the future. He was great! The install looks like a big upgrade over what we had.. Highly recommend

I can’t say enough positive things regarding my most recent and in general my experience with Top Tech for different services over the years. I had an emergency flooding in my home on hardwood flooring. On the phone, Carlos made sure I got an appointment for help immediately. From the moment Mostafa arrived to address my plumbing issue, he was pleasant, immediately identified the problem as a cracked pipe, and cleaned up the water and began drying my floor. He explained everything to me and helped me above and beyond with furniture and carpeting as well as giving me tips and information for other things. A huge thanks to Edgar for coming today and making repairs to our AC system. He was professional and thorough with inspection and diagnostics. He made the repair and had our system working quickly. Also a thank you to the service center Bob who helped w the appointment. Great job all around. Will use again.

Tony R was the technician that came to repair my A/C unit. He communicated very well with timing of repair and realistic expectations. Was also able to provide insight on unit. Will be using TopTec in future if needed.
Rick came out to install a warranty part on our HVAC and perform the spring maintenance on the air conditioner. Rick was very knowledgeable and professional. He provided detailed explanation on every part of the service that I had questions on. Highly recommend Rick and Top Tec!

Ryan was able to answer all our questions and provide recommendations that would provide the efficiency for the best cost. Our installers (Tony, Buzz, and Hero) were very professional and courteous. They worked well together and gave my husband an overview of what was installed and how to operate it.
