Gus and his crew are amazing. Respectful, professional and knowledgeable. Answered every question I had honestly. Didn't try to sell me in products I did not need. Suggested items and ideas to better my home.

Gus has always been responsive and timely to our family’s needs. His services were requested in a time after having tried many other HVAC specialists who never seemed to have found the right solution to our problem. Gus is extremely knowledgeable in his field and will educate the client and provide options where applicable. His services were not only exceptional and reliable, but I have not had any issues since having him address our home maintenance needs. He understand the frustrations that comes with being a homeowner and I for one am grateful for having found him!
Highly recommend Blue Star. It’s easy to schedule an appointment with them. Gustavo explains everything that needs to be done and what he recommends. He’s very knowledgeable and honest, never pushy. Also appreciate that he shares some general home maintenance tips and reminders.
Gus was very professional and clearly explained everything that was going on with my furnace. He provided very helpful maintenance tips to ensure my furnace longevity and that it remains working to its full capacity. If you’re in need of a/c or furnace repairs, Gus is your person! He is very knowledgeable in his craft and highly recommend him.
Jesse and Gus were both amazing from start to finish. I always had window air conditioners, but we decided it was time to get central air conditioning. They came in for the estimate, took measurements, and answered any questions my husband and I had. After the air conditioner was put in, they cleaned up everything and again answered our questions. They were very polite and professional the whole time, also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Blue Star.
Gus and his team were extremely professional. My heater went out and was leaking everywhere and they came out that night. It was determined that I needed a replacement heater. We went through all of my options and discussed the pros and cons. There was an option that would cost significantly less (standard water heater) and an option that would cost a lot more (tankless water heater). He explained both options and let me know the costs associated, the negatives/positives of both. He wasn't pushy and he was responsive to all my questions about both options. We decided to go with the more expensive option of the tankless water heater. But last minute, we chickened out and decided that it was best for us at this time to get the less expensive option. Gus was upset at all and reassured us that whichever option we chose, he would gladly take care of it! They came out asap and replaced the heater. They also cleaned up the leaking!! It was wonderful. There were no surprise fees, everything was very straightforward. After our great experience, we have used BlueStar multiple times for problems with our AC, general maintenance, and I have even called him for a second opinion on a different topic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Blue Star provides great service and are very responsive. Both Gus and Jesse provide great customer service. They recently replaced my furnace and my AC and due to unforeseen circumstances we had issues with both of them. Gus worked hard to get replacement units from the distributors and then came back to re-install the units as soon as they could. He was very apologetic about the process and kept me informed throughout the process. Overall I would recommend them for HVAC maintenance and installs.
