Wes did an excellent job! Very happy with Allied. Wes was courteous, professional, and respectful. He has happy to answer questions I had regarding my A/C. I will be using Allied from now on.
Such a great experience overall! Contacted Matt Monson who was very responsive and helpful thru the intake process. He referred me to Scott who came out right away and was able to diagnose what was going on with our AC unit throughly. Very friendly staff and would use them again!

Scott performed the furnace troubleshooting in a professional manner . He quickly identified the cause of the problem (frozen flue exhaust pipe on top of the roof) and quickly unplug the pipe and got furnace running again. Good job Scott!

No heat came out great job
i have a goodman furnace and i had a problem last night .it read a code that said pressure switch. it did correct itself but idecided to call allied. dave came out and did a maintainace and cleaning and was able to answer all my concerns. i am hoping for a few more years as furnace is over 12 years old. dave was very knowledgable and proffessionable . i recomend Allied

Allied has always been very good, professional and reasonable. My only suggestion for my latest service, installing heat exchager, would be better cleanup. Let a good amount of small debris on basement floor and a couple stains on concrete.
Had issue on weekend with furnace not starting, on call personnel promptly set up service call for Monday AM arrived as planned problem resovled.
I've been a customer for 15 years. Two residential furnace/AC replacements and multiple repairs. Always timely, professional, and reasonable. Just had a commercial AC system replaced - Whittaker has exceeded all expectations. He went out of his way to verify new system would meet all requirements, even bringing out the Carrier factory rep. Whittaker also coordinated all aspects of the project, including roofers, electricians, etc, so the entire installation was done in 1 day. Definitely deserving of customer loyalty.
Steve and Mike were excellent techs, very responsive and professional to all our questions while replacing our AC unit (new construction spec home) that failed in less than 3 years. Highly recommend this company.

I called Allied and within 3 hours Bill was at our home to fix the Air Conditioner. Bill is kind, polite, professional, and knows exactly what he is doing. It is a person like Bill that keeps us with Allied because the service is so great. It is nice to know that no matter what we will always receive help in a timely fashion.
Had a new air conditioner installed and had been told it was so quiet, it was top of the line, that you could talk next to it. They were not kidding. Three man crew was professional and respectful. Would use them again.

A shout out to Wes! He was personable, friendly, & professional. He went right to work methodically checking our a/c system. He was thorough in checking & cleaning the condenser outside. I have to say, Wes is a great example of the Allied employees we meet 2ce a year when they ck our heating & cooling equipment. He knows the equipment! We are always confident in the service at Allied. We’ve been customers for more than 25 years.
I have worked with Allied for years and have been consistently pleased with their honesty, speed and quality - today they helped with a repair and honored the warranty even though the part was a few days beyond the warranty period. Highly recommend them
