The technician was very personable and went over everything in great detail, patiently answering all of our questions. He was very respectful of our space and took pictures for us to see what he saw in our attic so we understood what we were looking at. Wonderful to work with!

I highly recommend Legendary Service for all of your heating and cooling issues. They have a quick response time and I feel safe with them keeping my home at a perfect temperature. I recently had a new furnace and A/C installed. They are up to date on current regulations and offer equipment that keep homeowner's on track for trending environmental changes. They provided financing options that were easy to understand and work with. On install day, Sean and Joe arrived with shoe covers and covered the entire work area to keep it clean and safe. They replaced age old wiring in my ceiling and my new furnace is up and running smoothly. My new A/C unit is ready for next spring. All remnants of my old units were hauled away. Sean spent time programming my thermostat and making recommendations where sensor placement would provide me the best result for keeping my home comfortable. They provide 100% care from start to finish. I will continue to depend on them for all annual HVAC inspections.

I wanted Sean to install a new smart thermostat. Because of the set up in my condo it wasn’t possible. Sean did an excellent of troubleshooting and offered several good options. Moving forward, I am so impressed with the service I received, that I am getting a service contract with Legendary.
I have been doing business with Joe for 20 years. Work is outstanding and I never need to worry that it isn’t done the right way. Joe is very quick to come out to help out no matter what … he has come to my rescue within an hour for emergencies. I will never have another plumber doing my work. Joe is fantastic!! His personalized service is impeccable. He has done a lot of plumbing work at the Condominium Association I work for and we will continue to do so because he is on time, reliable, efficient, honest and he is always is in communication with you. So happy we found you Joe!!
Sean was super great and very professional. Gave me complete, full disclosure information on my HVAC issues. Very reasonably priced. Respectful of your home. Even wore paper booties over his work boots. Patient with my payment process. Would definitely recommend him and Legendary Service for your HVAC needs.

Just starting using Legendary this year in our new, older home. I like the one stop service for both HVAC and plumbing. Sean has done a great job integrating state of the art customer service technology into his platform and I have found him to be the most responsive business owner I’ve dealt with. He has done two jobs so far inspecting and cleaning out condensers and then sealing coolant leaks. Both were done in a timely, professional manner. I even signed up for the annual maintenance package (which I never do). Got a good feeling about Legendary!
Sean was awesome. We bought an older house and didn’t know where to start but top floor was not cooling off properly. He was very thorough and explained what was going on and made a list of options including different price points. Couldn’t be happier. I felt heard and respected.
