The installation was perfect and the follow-up service was great. Carlos is a very personable guy and did not rush the job, he took his time explaining things to me. Best company that I have ever had working on my boiler.

It was a great experience working with Steve and his team to address the issue with our heating unit. They provided outstanding service all the way from scheduling the appointment to cleaning up the area after they finished the job. They were very knowledgeable and detail oriented. They kept us informed every step during the visit and made sure we understood our options. Remarkable!!
Very poor experience with this company. Technician came out to look at our property on 4/29/21 but it's two weeks later and we still don't have the quote they said they would send on 5/11/21 (which we needed ASAP). I called multiple times, and spoke with many different people, but most recently with Amber and Anne. First they told me they sent the quote, however we never received it. When I asked them to confirm the email address they sent the quote to, they had a typo in my email address. Corrected the typo and said they would contact the supervisor Ryan and the service manager to re-send me the quote, but still nothing and it is 5/14/21. I am tired of calling them only to be given false promises, and have moved on. I am just disappointed that I wasted so much of my time with them.
Leaf Commercial Heating & Cooling has serviced our HVAC system for about 5 years. We've been pleased with them, and recently got exceptionally good service when our AC needed to be replaced. Craig, our salesperson, was knowledgeable and steered us toward a good system that didn't break the bank. The office staff was also very considerate in assisting us with our insurance claim. Installers and follow up service was very professional and efficient as well. Thank you.
The guys at Leaf Commercial Heating & Cooling are not only competent and knowledgeable but their customer service is also unparalleled. It took them a very short time to fix my unit and the charges were fair and reasonable. They provided such an excellent customer service from start to finish. Will highly recommend working with them.

Leaf Commercial Heating & Cooling service was excellent. They were professional, prompt and knowledgeable. They came to me on a Sunday within 70 minutes. As a homeowner to know that you have a heating or cooling repair man that is responsive on a Sunday is priceless. I highly recommend this company.

Craig was spot on with my problem, and helped me get up and running in 5 minutes. You cant ask for better service than that. All the other companies told me I would have to wait days to talk with an A/C master technician. Craig called me back in 10 minutes from my call in. I highly recommend this service to everyone.
I hired Leaf Commercial Heating & Cooling for a few projects at one of my rentals. The work was completed on time, the price was very fair and they left everything clean. I've also hired them to complete some drywall repairs at my personal property. Very pleased with the service and would strongly recommend.
Craig did an outstanding job. I’m 100% completely satisfied with his thorough diagnosis of what my problem. She did and it’s all over working again. He also shared with me how my complete system works. I would recommend Craig for any future tech call and I’ll will request his services next time. He totally deserves an award!!!
I'm so happy I chose this company to work on my AC. The two technicians were very professional and worked efficiently. They were true to their time window, and efficiently and quickly performed all tasks. They provided options and gave us room to decide, we went with the one that fitted our budget. I am thankful to finally have a HVAC tech in Libertyville that I can consistently call on.

We desperately needed AC services. Based on recommendations from our neighbor, we contacted Leaf Commercial Heating & Cooling. They were incredibly responsive from the moment we called. They came out in a short time span and checked my AC. They fixed the problem and rectified a previous issue from the last installer of our AC. We were satisfied overall. If you are looking for prompt service, I would recommend this company.
Our technician arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He took time to inspect the unit and explained what was wrong and what was needed to be done to get it up and running again. The job was completed in a timely manner and the tech could not leave until I was fully satisfied. All in all a pleasant experience.
