Wreckless driver on 88west at 8:30am on 10/10/22 driving the #6 car Ran me off the road. Would never recommend such an irresponsible company
First time calling them and really poor experience. I needed an ice machine serviced and since I wasn’t a current customer I could not be a priority and would have to wait until next week. No problem, understandable. However they would not consider even servicing my machine until I gave them my credit card number. I told them I was happy to pay by credit card but I wasn’t agreeable to just hand out my account number with no other information on when I’d be scheduled, etc. I canceled the request and let them know I’d look elsewhere. Really poor first impression especially given they have no idea the size of my account, my needs, etc. We could have easily found a solution that worked for us both. On a positive note, the operator was at least pleasant and professional.
I called Mechanical 24 for a repair on our commercial heater mounted to the ceiling inside of our warehouse. They were very quick to set me up a time to have a technician out. When the technician Shaun arrived he seemed very enthusiastic about helping us resolve our issue. Throughout the entire process he was extremely knowledgeable. He explained the entire process to me on how the machine worked as well as exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was able to solve our issue very fast. He was just so kind and eager to help us out. It was just so nice to see someone that was truly so friendly and so great at their job as well. Thank you Shaun and Mechanical 24 for your services to us. We greatly appreciate you! We will 100% use you for any future business that we may have. I hope Shaun reads this. He deserves to know how great he really is!
Mechanical 24 installed 4 RTU's and a computer server room cooling system through the ComEd rebate program. Professional, knowledgeable, good value, and the kind of people that you would like to do business with. We would recommend! 5 Stars!
This company is extremely professional and well spoken. Their primary concern is the customer. The customer is always 1st. Their employees in the field are excellent .well mannered , well spoken , and very Professional. They reflect their company's values. They are a 5 star Company That acts as a cohesive unit to serve the customer. Can't say enough Good things about them .
Mechanical 24 showed up and were professional and thorough. Our staff was not happy that the air conditioning went out but after the repair form Mechanical 24, staff was happy and back to being productive.

On a cold Saturday night my heater stopped working. All it took was one call to Mechanical 24 and before I knew it tech John Lewkowicz showed up and was able to save the day! John was professional, genuine and personable. The cost was very reasonable seeing how it was late on a Saturday night. I would highly recommend Mechanical 24 , a very reputable company without any hesitation!!!
Sean and his staff installed a new furnace and AC unit at my house and continue to keep up the PM. Sean was very knowledgeable about what he was selling me and helped me make the best decision for my home. His staff's professionalism continue to impress me from season to season.
Shaun is very knowledgeable about all of our equipment including the glycol unit we have for our machines. Whenever I have questions or concerns, he is responsive and very helpful.
Our furnace went out last Saturday. The staff at Mechanical 24 was courteous, helpful and quick with the service. I highly recommend them!
