Changed out our Heating and A/C to high efficiency about 10 years ago. Have them do an annual maintenance. Just did the A/C unit. Enrique was the tech and he was polite and professional. Put on shoe covers when entering our home. Would recommend JNL to anyone needing Heating or A/C equipment or repairs.
Wonderful company that puts their customer first. I have used them for five years to do maintenance and have been pleased with their professionalism and service. Today I had them replace my whole system and they did a super job. They again did a quality job, cleaned up the space wonderfully, and worked with me explaining everything. Hello, we have a 3500 Sq ft home with central heat/air. jnl came highly recommended by a neighbor after our hvac tech of 15 years left the business. We set up a clean and check, the young man that showed was on time, friendly, seemed to know what he was doing and the pricing was reasonable. Satisfied with the initial visit, we called them again for service only to have a contrasting experience. jnl tried charging my spouse $400 to replace a part that retails on average $40 in addition to the $200 she already paid. We called the office to ask why the price was steep and they had an indifferent, insensitive and rude fellow speak to us. We certainly won't be calling these folks again and will advise the neighbors to steer clear of them.
We had a positive experience with JNL Company, specifically with Ryan, Jason, and Nick. They were professional and efficient in their work, ensuring that the installation was completed in a timely manner. The fact that they took the time to clean up and lay down drop cloths all the way to the basement shows that they were mindful of keeping our home clean and tidy throughout the installation process. They also took the time to explain what was wrong with your old furnace and how to use our new furnace. Overall, we had a great experience with JNL Company and their technicians. They are dedicated to providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

These guys rock, after trying to fix my mother-in-law's furnace myself and nearly going out to buy a new control board and gas valve, they showed up and diagnosed it as a plugged sensor. Pricing was very fair and cost far less than the non-returnable parts would have.

Provided our semi-annual maintenance for Furnace and Air Conditioner. Professional, friendly, efficient and courteous. (Over multiple years now.) They have also installed new AC and a new Furnace. They are professional and have been responsive about issues and concerns we have had. We've had very good experiences with JNL every time we've called them.
JNl installed a heat pump, to replace a failed nat gas wallunit. JNl installed a Mitsubishi heat pump. We have used JNl since 1991. The tech's are simply the best, better than all the rest.

I have had my HVAC and AC replaced by JNL, both were serviced well. Tonight, Xmas eve, my furnace would not ignite. I called JNL and we were able to resolve the issue over the phone, turned out, it wasn't the ingintor, but that the vents outside the house were blocked because of how cold it was outside. It turned a very stressful evening for me into a evening I could enjoy.
We have used JNL for years and on a day like today (-10 degrees) it is a great feeling to know that our furnace is working at its best to keep us warm. We love the amazing maintenance team at JNL that have taken care of our air conditioning and furnace equipment so that we don’t have to worry. Thank you JNL!
I’ve used JNL Climate Control for a full Furnace and A/C install at my home. As I was pleased with their work and professionalism, my in-laws also used them for a full Furnace and A/C install with a similar experience. I highly recommend them for your future HVAC needs.
We have used JNL for over 23 years, first for repairs on our old AC & furnace and later it was a no brainer when we needed new units. So nice that they offer a very reasonable maintenance agreement which has many perks besides keeping the AC & furnace in top shape. I especially like that we have had the same technician for years so you know their employees are happy working there.
I would highly recommend this business. Of all the estimates I had at my house they were the only ones that took the time to explain, in detail, everything they would replace and install. Kurt brought with him some air conditioner technical information I could read, required up to date insurance paperwork, along with prior references. In his proposal he gave me a couple of American Standard air conditioner options to choose from that would be appropriate for our Midwest climate. His delivery was far superior to the other companies I interviewed. The two young men that installed were very respectful of my property and also very personable and professional. I was extremely happy with the entire process and feel confident knowing I have a reputable HVAC business to rely on in the future. I wish them much success!!
Update 05/2020: Still the best. Woke up to an air conditioning unit that had stopped working overnight. Called JNL and they immediately scheduled my favorite tech Andy for later that afternoon. They are prompt and honest and do an excellent job. I highly recommend. 6/3/2021...JNL and Andy are still the best Ditto: 8/19/22
