Very pleased with the recent installation of a replacement a/c unit at my house. The previous unit was also purchased from, and installed by Lea Heating & Air Conditioning. I will highly recommend to everyone in need of HVAC service and equipment.
Everyone was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They came highly recommended, and I can see why.
Kenny arrived on time. Got right to work replacing filters, checking to make sure the numbers were right, and cleaning. He said things were good and would see us in a year. He was very professional and personable.
Sergio completed a very thorough A/C system maintenance check on both of our A/C units. He was very friendly in a professional way. I have requested that Sergio be assigned whenever we need system maintenance.
I had a new a/c and furnace installed. They did a great job. Mike and Robert gave me a couple of options. Their crew came out installed it. Everything works great. I recommend them for any kind of a/c or furnace work.
Sergio was professionalfriendly andanswered my questions about my current unit. Office gave me four hour window for the appt and then texted when I was the next stop.
Lea Heating and AC installed our furnace and humidifier and slso services our a/c. They give you a 2 hour time window and are always on time. They call to confirm appointment and when they are on the way. Service technicians always friendly, professional and thorough. We’ve used them for years and are always satisfied. They also send in the paperwork for the Union rebate. I don’t have to do anything to get the rebate. This is a good company. I recommend them. My last technicians was Sergio. He was great!

We had our furnace and A/C replaced by Lea last year and the system was great! This visit was for preventive maintenance and the service worker checked and cleaned the equipment and was very professional and friendly. We’re looking forward to a cool summer! If you'd like to see TWO things of BEAUTY, take a look at my pictures! I could not be happier!! I'd give 10 stars if I could! This company has got to be the very BEST HVAC Company, around! From start to finish, a complete PLEASURE to deal with. They made the replacement of my old BRYANT heating and air conditioning system - which lasted 22 years - a totally stress free event. On what was probably the hottest day of this year, my A/C died. OMG!! It was a nightmare - but not for long. I called LEA Heating and Air Conditioning and the owner himself, Mark Lea, came to my home, made my family and I feel completely at ease - NO HARD SELL - and simply went out of his way to get me the very best model for a price that I could afford. With Mark's help and that of his financing department, I ended up with an excellent system at a price that fit my monthly budget. I had known that this Fall, I was going to need to purchase a new furnace. 22 years of service from my old furnce/AC system had been a blessing but it was time. So not only did I purchase a new A/C system installed but LEA built me a new furnace and installed it - a perfect fit within my furnace closet. I have to repeat it again: I could not be happier!! I recieved exactly what I had needed/wanted, installed by professionals, at the exact price that I would be able to afford on a monthly budget. THE BEST! Just look at the pictures! A thing of true mechanical beauty!! Notice the pictures of the new piping and how they EVEN placed metal against the wall behind the pipe that is close to the wall to protect from heat - protection against heat/fire, I am assuming. The piping that had been there - that came with the house - hadn't had that! They ALSO placed the new A/C up, off of the ground, on a solid concrete slab. I like that! And now, I feel secure. I don't have to worry that my furnace is going to blow in the dead of winter or that my A/C will go, next summer! And it is an important investment in my home, for the futu
The crew of Jesse, Josh, and Johnny replaced our central air and furnace recently; and they did a great job! They were efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful. They're very good at what they do! We're very glad they installed our equipment and that we chose Lea for our HVAC needs!
The gentleman who replaced the furnace did an excellent job, were very professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. We had a visual inspection and instructions on how to take care of the furnace. I am very pleased with the results. David

I used Lea Heating Air several years ago for our AC unit replacement. That alone was a good experience. Our furnace was 20 years old this year and we've had problems with it for several years. But, we waited to replace it until it finally quit. And it quit on the coldest night Chicago has seen in 100 years. I called Lea last night. They decided to try and get it replaced fast instead of a repair since I was going to replace anyway. They ended up being here mid morning with a brand new unit on board. They finished a little while ago and all is great. Quick service, courteous installers, very professional, and Mark, the owner, has treated us like Kings the two times he came to give us estimates, for air and for furnace. Very fair pricing. Not the cheapest, but they back it up with good equipment and great service. We appreciate you, Lea Heating and Air Conditioning.
Would highly recommend LEA for anyone looking to install or service your heating and air conditioning!! I have used this company for over 20yrs they are reliable and don’t try to up sell you for anything that isn’t necessary or would save you in future. I’ve never had one issue as long as I’ve had the people at LEA working on my HVAC system!!
We purchased our home a couple of years ago and have dealt with Lea Heating on a couple of items; filter replacement, thermostat assistance and annual unit maintenance/inspection. Had the Spring HVAC maintenance done yesterday and all went great. Had a new tech, Kenny, who was very professional, kind and attentative. I will ask for him the next time. He listened and communicated. Rare traits in today's service environment.
Excellent customer service , Robert Lea has always helpful when I call for assistance with the thermostat or have any other questions. LEA installed a new Furnace & A/C November 2019. We use LEA for maintenance service as well, Kenny was here today (10/07/22) for this service. Did a great job, also answered all my questions. Reasonable pricing. Nice to get a rebate as well .
