Came out on a Friday night in under an hour when we had no heat. fixed what neededfixing, didn't try to sell us a new furnace. Would definitely call again.
Called ambrose for a quote on a new furnace/ac system. Jim came out and gave a quote. I had 3 other companies give me quotes. I chose Jim because he had a reasonable quote but seemed the most professional. He did the install in one day. He did a lot of little extra items that i noticed. Including replacing all the exhaust pipes. Great attention to detail. Great job. Highly recommend ambrose heating and air. H.Perez
The tech fix only one wire destroyed by mice ...AND HE STARTED WHASHED THE UNIT ..I told him that my husband can do that by him self ,But he ignored me...so when we have to pay we are speachless...280$ !! we ask for what?? replaced a small wire cost almost 300$? UNBELIEVEABLE ....WE ARE SENIORS AND TRUST HONEST PEOPLE ,BUT THIS EXPERIENCE IS FIRST TIME AND LAST WITH ABROSIE COMPANY...SHAME OF YOU!!

Mr. Ambrose and his employees were caring and professional. They arrived in a timely manner and stayed until the job was done. I am so thankful that they were able to solve our A/C issues and get us through the high summer heats with comfort. Thank you, Ambrose Heating & Air Conditioning!
I called on a Saturday and Jim came out within a couple hours. Charged his regular rate- no up charge for a weekend. I needed a new blower motor that wasn’t available until Monday but he and his Crew were there early and I was back to work by 11:00am. Even came back the same day for no charge to make An adjustment to the fan speed because it was too loud for me. Can’t Praise them enough!
I called Jim Ambrose on a Sunday, trying to get an idea of what an A/C replacement would cost as I was expecting the next few days to be miserable with the heat. He talked to me on the phone about my options, but also diagnosed my issue over the phone. Jim made time for me and came to my house shortly later. He quickly checked my system, and determined that I had a few restrictions causing the decrease in efficiency to my cooling system. Jim charged me for a diagnostic service call, which I felt was reasonable, especially on a Sunday, and with such quick response. Jim is professional, talks to you in a simple but respectful way, and doesnt give you the typical run around that one might expect a large company would give. Highly recommend.
This is the third HVAC company I’ve used since we’ve lived here. By far, they are the best. First company to fix our equipment without telling us we needed a bunch of expensive parts, or replacements. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service. MATT was exceptional! He was ON TIME, Neat, knowledgeable and actually a very nice Person!!! He’s a GOOD A/C engineer. I gave out a few cards and stickers to family and friends. Just great, overall. I will use AMBROSE A/C company for all our heating and cooling! Thank U, AMBROSE.....!

My furnace stopped working on a Sunday. A friend of mine came over to take a look at it to no avail. My friend called Jim and he went above and beyond to get my furnace working again. It was not about money to him - rather, a desire to help someone out. I'm scheduling my furnace for servicing and will never use anyone else but Ambrose Heating And Cooling!
Ambrose Heating has always responded promptly to my calls (which is important when you have no heat!). Their service technicians are courteous, knowledgeable, and I feel comfortable having them in my home. I highly recommend them!
They did a good job of changing my hot water heater and also replaced my sump pump!
