Miguel was awesome. He determined some issues with what a prior company did and was upfront and honest. He even made contact with the company to tell them the issues. Made sure I knew what was wrong and what needed to be fixed so I wouldn’t have the same issues arise. I highly recommend Lifeline pluming!
Lifeline Plumbing should be called Lifesaver Plumbing. Miguel did it again! Always gets here as quick as he can, always professional and won’t quit until he has solved our problem. Grateful for these guys!

Lifeline has exactly the right name. A lot of plumbing companies say they are 24/7, but on this past holiday weekend, only one of the many I called in an emergency answered and got someone out to our house, and that was Lifeline. Not only did they make us feel prioritized and valued, our technician, Jonathan, did great work. Thorough, hard- working, and patient, he answered many questions and tackled our job with the utmost professionalism. This company was wonderful to deal with, and will be the first one we call in the future.
I had a leaking kitchen faucet and called Lifeline on the 4th of July requesting service the next day. I received a text and a call saying they’d send someone between 10-1 today. The technician Miguel arrived right on time and explained everything thoroughly. He finished the job quickly and cleaned up everything very well. He then explained the new faucet and reminded me to register for the warranty. He was very kind and helpful. I felt the price was also reasonable. I have used Lifeline for many years and they’ve put in a furnace, air conditioner, water treatment system, and repaired leaky faucets and toilets. I highly recommend them.
After just moving into our house and the state, the last thing we wanted to do was fix the sink. Lifeline Plumbing picked up on a Saturday and had Nathan out to us on time within a hour or so and he was right in time. He walked me throughout the fix and didn’t laugh at my attempt to fix it myself. If I could give him 100 stars I would. Super professional, answered questions and in the wnd I have a kitchen sink thats not leaking and we can do dishes! Thank you so much Lifeline and especially Nathan. If I find more suprises in our new home I know who I will call and ask for!
Lifeline repaired a dripping shower faucet for me. they were quick to respond and super professional. Nathan was very friendly, informative and professional and I appreciated his thorough explanations and excellent work. I would recommend this company and will use them again for my next plumbing issue.
Miguel went above and beyond what was expected of him. We had no water to are home and after checking and realizing it was not an issue with us he went to the neighbors and talk to them and found out that one neighbor turned off the water to the whole building and was able to coordinated with them and turn it back on. I feel most would have just drove away but Miguel went the extra step and figured it out.
Nathan did a fantastic job. He was able to identify the problem right away and fixed it quickly and neatly. He was competent and friendly and I would be glad to have him come work on my house again!
Sam and Tyler did a great job. We had a few misc. repairs and they handled them all quickly and professionally.

Mike did a great job and was very friendly and professional. Fixed our failed attempt at doing our own plumbing and made sure everything was working well and looked good before leaving.
Edgar was very thorough and explained in detail the steps he took to verify the AC, what did he find, what had to be fixed (including costs) and what would happen if we didn’t do it. He replaced the wiring and the airflow was much better. He also guided me on an attic pipe I didn’t know what it was for (took the ladder and went up to see by himself) which was not part of the routine checks. The missing star is for the admin team, as they didn’t tell me that checking the heating system was not included in the visit and would be another 95 usd unless I signed up for the monthly maintenance program.
Both the office and the technician were very professional and friendly. The tech (Mike D.) was great at explaining important details about my water heater issue and various options I had. He also had a fantastic beard that made me feel more confident about his workmanship. Will definitely be calling, next time my plumbing betrays me.
When I called the office to schedule appointment and with 3 additional issues, Allen in the office was amazing! Answered every time I called, was friendly and professional, great CS! I can not say enough about Edgar and the service he provided! He was on time, answered all of my pesky questions and explained in simple language during everything he did! He was friendly and professional at the same time and because of him and his service, for the first time on my life, I felt confident enough to sign one year maintenance agreement for my HVAC. When I need anything for my hvac or even a new ac unit, I will go with this company!
