Hawk air was very professional
They came the same afternoon I called. The AC man was very polite and helpful. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
Prompt and affordable. My AC performs better than ever! The tech explained everything before starting and went over it with me when done. Very professional company. SameDayAC rocks!
Quality care is hard to come by now a days but having just had such a great experience I was compelled to let everyone know! I had peter with same day service diagnose my AC issue over the phone and instead of getting out here and charge me for a very simple fix he helped me resolve my issue over the phone for free. That is great service. He could have easily taken my money but instead he wanted me up and running as fast as possible and even saved me money doing it. They'll have my business going forward from now on because this is exactly the type of experience you hope to find and rarely do. Thank you Peter!
Quick service and good pricing.
Our AC stopped working and by the time we noticed, it was already over 80 degrees inside and climbing - not good in Florida summer. Same Day AC (well, Air Hawk, their sister company) was here in less than an hour, and 20 mins before the scheduled time. Tony was awesome - personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. He fixed our AC pretty quickly and answered all my questions. Thank god, we wouldn’t have been able to stay here if they couldn’t fix it same day. Great people, definitely recommend!
Tech arrived and I told him my problem; ac not cooling, probably missing freon. Yeah tested and told me level of freon is fine, but there would be an obstruction in the line and the coil probably has to be replaced (500 -800), then he went on to tell me my unit would be old anyway and the repair is not a real fix, but I should replace the unit instead (about 7000). My duct work would be to small for the unit and that might be the reason I have airflow problems, which I don't, because the unit is "old" and worked just fine since I bought the house 2 years ago. Charged drive to house and 1 hour of labor and left without actually working on the unit except opening it and telling me it would be costly. Called a friend of my "other-mother," my mother in law seems to know everyone useful, and he came over to the house next evening. He showed me that the freon level was too low and how it should be, for the next time someone wants to screw me over. 40 in the purple gauge for r410a btw. I paid 120 for everything and will call him from now on. He told me there is a suspected leak in the coil and he will test it with tracer liquid next time. If leak is in the lines we xan change them, if leak is in the coil we can try to inject a liquid (150) to seal it 50/50 chance, or change the coil. TBC

Same day is a fantastic company. Good honest technicians who go out of there way to help their customer. The owner Joe really does care about his customers. Would recommend to anyone looking for an honest a fair priced company.
Hands down a wonderful company to do business with from start to finish I was never disappointed with anyone I spoke with. I had a couple questions that were answered very professional by the lovely office staff, the technician that came out was very polite and professional and gave me play by play on what he was doing to our system and made sure everything was operating to it peak performance. Tech also gave me a couple recommendations for indoor air quality, highly recommend same day ac nothing but great things from this company
Same day is a fantastic company! From showing concern for my ac issues, they’re positive attitude and quick service really made this experience so much better! They got someone out to me within hours of my initial call. They’re technician was professional and kind. He took the time to really explain every step of the process and made sure I was aware of every issue the system was having. They had really fair pricing, Over all this company was phenomenal! Great company and competitive pricing. Service technicians were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. Got my unit up and running when everyone else just pushed dropping thousands of dollars to replace instead of really putting us as a customer first.
Our air conditioner quit working and we called several different companies for availability and quotes. We went with Same Day AC Service and am glad we did. Their customer service is top notch. My air conditioner was repaired in no time and their prices are very reasonable.
Same Day Air really stand by there name. I called and scheduled appointment to get and estimate and they were there within a couple hours and they stayed in contact with me when they tie tied up a little longer then expected to let me know that they may run a little behind. When the estimater arrived he was very friendly and professional to the core. Needing my unit replaced not repaired Same Day, have given me the cheapest quote yet. I called them around 5:45 PM and they had someone here by 6:30 when my time frame was between 6-8pm. I could have not been happier with the experience we had and will 100% be recommending this company to anyone and everyone we know! The tech was polite and professional the entire time. He let me know exactly what was going on every step of the way and kept safe with social distancing and being courteous with what surfaces he was touching.
