I called these people to get some emergency help and based on just my neighborhood alan knew exactly the problem and explained how to fix it immediately and I was up and running in no time. Now that’s what I call service baby. Alan 10/10 stand up guy.
They were on time, but do not call if you have an R-22, unit. They do not have that freon and will charge you for the service call regardless. They looked at my unit last year and should have know they type before they went out.

They responded right away to helping us out with a portable air conditioner to cool our home while they searched and ordered our new unit. We had the new unit in 3 days!! It was installed in one day!!! Best customer service ever!!! I would highly recommend Dymond Heating and Cooling!!! the entire experience was top notch, professional!!!!
Allan came on a Saturday morning and charged me a reasonable price to do some maintenance on my air conditioner. He took some extra time to make sure it was good to go.

Dymond Heating and cooling is a company, that i would recommend to anyone, who is in need of cooling or heating services of any kind, like new system installation, existing system repair or maintenance. In the past thirteen years i used this company for my residential and commercial buildings and i would give them a 11 star review, but 5 is the limit. I am a property investor in Pasco county and Dymond AC is my only go to company. They are honest and take care of the issue not trying to sell you a whole new AC system. They earned my business and I’ve been with them for 10 years. I wish they were in Pinellas county.
