Had bought my system from the previous owner of air strike and the new owners honored my warranty. They came out on time and fixed my system the same day . Shawn was very nice and so was his helper. It’s definitely better service than the previous owner.
I had a yearly maintenance did today and Brian the technician did a superb job. Definitely a five star technician.
Displeased by the misrepresentation of the company when I asked if they are a licensed Daikin repair company if they work on daikon units the response was yes we work on Daikin units had a service technician come out diagnose. My system was here for less than an hour and a half Charge me $125 for the service call and then wanted me to pay $1200 for labor and warranty work that is covered under my warranty because they are not part of the sure care program. Also wanted me to pay out of pocket than to be reimbursed by the manufacture. I spoke to the manufacture they do not reimburse the homeowner. I if they were a part of the sure care program, Daikin would send them the parts for free and they could put it in.
They advertise 24/7 emergency service yet did not return our call (called 4 times) and left us without heat on the coldest day of the year. We purchased our NEW unit from you and you cannot return a call. Shouldn't be in the service industry if you are only willing to provide service during banking hours and especially don't advertise that you offer emergency service.
Initially very impressed. However, trying to get annual servicing (5 years) included with the sale of the AC unit has been disappointing. I live out of town and many of my scheduled service appointments have been canceled at the last minute. Very frustrating. If that is important to you, I would go with another well rated vendor that has several techs who can handle that aspect of services provided.
We had a new a/c system installed and the installers, Joel and Miguel did a meticulous job. We have been pleased with their service in the past but we were very impressed with this new installation. They offered great service and are very timely returning calls and also for contracting yearly maintenance. Great company and Alexis, the owner, is very informative and easy to work with. After our scheduling issues earlier this year we have to update our review. We had our service done by Brian and we were very impressed! He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also meticulous and very thorough. Great job Brian.
I recommend Airstrike for all your HVAC needs. They installed a complete new system including new duct work for a home we remodeled. Our contractor had high praise for the installation team while he was on site during the installation. They have provided great service for us with maintenance of the system since installation. Always send out excellent technicians that are knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend you consider them for any project you are considering including annual service of your system. 5 stars *****!

We replaced 2 sets of A/C completed and Maintenances were included for ten years. We been calling with no responds some times. Few times make appointment and never keeps up or no notification of any cancelation. Never experience this kind of bad service in my life.
I called Airstrike at 5pm on a Saturday and the tech(Bobby) arrived at my house at approximately 8pm. He quickly determined the drain was clogged and instructed me on what needed to be done to unclog the drain if I wanted to do it myself. He observed as I unclogged the drain. By unclogging the drain myself it saved me approximately $200. I’m very pleased with the responsiveness and resulting cost savings. Bobby was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Air Strike Cooling and Heating!

I would like to say that Lee with Air Strike is a good hearted gentlemen and there is not too many people like that these days. Although I need a new unit he was honest about my 15 yr old system and fixed it without pressuring me into buying a new one. When I do come up with the money I will be calling Lee to install a one new .
I am looking for a new Unit on my home, Airstrike called me after filling out a form online. They sent a Tech Lee out to help us understand what we need for our home. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He considered all the things we need and gave us a good quote. Thank you!!
Excellent customer service from both Jana and Lee. Jana scheduled my service for 5-7pm but called and said she could have Lee come between 9-11am. Lee was here just around 9. He did a thorough inspection of the AC. Located the problem and was able to fix the issue and order another part that will be here in a couple of weeks. I was very pleased with the service U received and would definitely recommend this company to other friends, family and neighbors.
We had our ac system replaced by this company...It only took one day to complete, and is working wonderfull...I want to thank Lee for all his help with the pricing issues and it was great to get a military discount..The installers worked like little bees back and forth and the installation went without a hitch..In closing i want to say that all in all, this has been a professional experience..with quality people..with a great instalation team..and a great sales team.,what else could you ask for...thanks BO

I contacted several companies to service my AC unit and was very impressed with Lee. I would highly recommend them over and over again. Michelle in the office was also personable and helpful to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me.
