Highly recommend. Very professional from the office staff to the technician Robert. They called and texted as appointment approached. Robert repaired the problem without trying to oversell. Very happy with this experience.

The appointment was for between 12 noon and 2 PM. Jay arrived before 12 noon. He went into the system immediately and identified the problem. Luckily, the parts needed were under warranty, and although I did not have insurance for it, I was happy to pay the fee which it cost to repair. I absolutely recommend Lakeside Heating and cooling.

Nick Olmedo repaired my AC today. He also repaired it the last time I needed service in 2002. He is very professional, and didn't try and up-sell me for either repair. I highly recommend Nick and Lakeside.
I called Lakeside after another company told me my HVAC system was unrepairable. I suspected that wasnt the case. I called Lakeside because I always had a good experience with them and trusted them. Nick came out and assessed the situation, spent about an hour tracing some wires and BOOM - working perfectly when he found the shorted low voltage wire. NO $10,000 replacement. Made my day and reinforced what I already thought about Lakeside. Dont make the mistake I almost did. Call Lakeside FIRST!!!
Service Tech, Robbie was on time, professional and quick to figure issue. He was very thorough in describing problem. There was no service charge since we live in Land O Lakes. Normally used another Company but switched because of availability but will now switch permanently.
