Justin of Professor Cool assessed the my system which was 3’ behind temp set on thermostat. Quickly realized that system was fine but required a coil cleaning. A more than reasonable service call fee and he was on his way and my system was cooling again.
The technician came right out. Two other companies could not come out until next week. AC was not cooling. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I was thrilled that Professor Cool was able to come out. Great service. It would have been a miserable weekend without the AC working. Thanks again!! 5 🌟. I will definitely use this Company again!
Everyone was pleasant and prompt. Danny did a thorough assessment and noticed lots of details about my situation. Everything happened on time when they said it would. They lent me a portable A/C to use which was much appreciated. The job was done neatly and no mess was left anywhere.

Its that time again for ac/Hvac tune up, Alex from professor cool, nice young guy did a great job and explained to me sometimes the hoses need a bleach rinse which he cleaned out. Well thats Florida hot/humid weather for ya. Once again Professor Cool team hired a good one to their team!
Use them initially for repair, but now regular maintenance. And planning on replacing our 16-year-old unit with a new one. They are not a five-star company they are a 10-star company!!

Excellent company and Job. Professional, Honest (on what needs to be repaired), well priced, reliable, and on time. I was able to get a new system installed in one week. From the time I called and approved my quote to installation completed in a week. 8hours on-site. My second system was diagnosed and repaired correctly, rather than replaced as other companies wanted to replace both. Again honest and professional. Very happy. Thank you.
These guys won us over. They were extremely quick to get us a quote on a new AC. They did an exceptional job in setting it all up and got it up and running the same day. Came back the next day to tweak a few things and were very professional. I highly recommend them.
