Called J&L talked to Lisa needing our air conditioner serviced and she was able to get us scheduled within an hour with Mike!! Mike was able to solve our problems with the air conditioner. He was very professional, explained every step and just a great guy. Thanks Lisa and Mike. Will definitely call them again.
Mike has been super helpful in taking the time to not only fix our AC system but to explain the problems. We are very happy with J&L service...highly recommend!

Bo came out on Saturday and got us temporary cooling while we waited for a circuit board. He came back promptly as soon as they got the part. He cleaned the coils and changed the air filter. A/C works great. Bo was courteous and professional.
I called them at 11:30 because I had no AC and they were here and done with the repair by 2:30.
Joe was out within 2 hours on Father's Day weekend and had our a/c problem resolved quickly. Thanks for cooling our house down and arriving so quickly!
Overall, it was a great experience with the company. Service tech was friendly and professional. The price was a little steep, but I had to get the AC working. Would definitely recommend

My one year old air conditioning from a different company failed again, so I decided to call a different company. J and L responded quickly and fixed my problem. Thanks guys
Pros: Very Responsive. Completed work in timely manner. Polite. Cons: Charged a service call fee and a minimum one hour job fee for a less than 10 minute job (20 total minutes for the first time coming out and then to replace the part). I am not sure if this is standard practice but, just seems steep to me
J&L has serviced my A/C and heating systems in my previous home as well as my current dwelling for many years and I wouldn't think of using anyone else. They are courteous, reliable and prompt and I must single out Mike, my service tech for recognition. Outstanding excellence!!

I had a AC problem and I contacted J&L AC and they responded to my emergency. They came to my home ASAP and service my AC. During the service call, Mike the technician found another problem with the unit and fix it. J&L is trustworthy and fair with parts replacements. Mike was professional. J&L is company that you can trust to get the job done right.
