Cornerstone Pros tech John B. was very professional, thorough, informative and proficient. Contact from tech concerning time of arrival was very helpful and appreciated. Always a pleasant professional to deal with when contacting Cornerstone Pros about any needs for service or questions. He checked our A/C units for leaks and found and showed me where the problem was. Checked on any available warranty on the unit, and determined that it would take until the next week ( being this was Friday) to find the necessary repair parts and get back to me with the information. John B. was very diligent and helpful during the process and provided good information and insight on the issues.
We have a clogged toilet they came out the same day. We noticed the water heater was leaking and the gentleman was kind enough to take a look at it. Turns out it was busted and we needed a new one. They were able to install a new tankless unit the next day. We even signed up for the monthly membership. Can’t wait to get plumbing, electric and AC all checked out. Had a great experience and everyone we met was amazing, kind and professional. Thank you so much!!
We had a busted hot water heater and they came and replaced it same day! Amazing. Professional and honest technicians. Would recommend.

Signed up for annual home services package. Completed appointment for plumbing inspection. Service Technician was very kind and took time to answer all my questions and explain recommendations. Highly recommend this company.

I had Cornerstone out on Saturday to fix a problem with my a/c. The drain pipe was leaking in the garage after the service, I called and they sent someone right out that evening to correct.
After dealing with a rude warranty company I was so happy to finally have my issue resolved quickly and with actual care for my family. Matthew was so amazing will definitely use him and this company for all my future home needs.
Travis was very professional & thorough in his explanation of a couple of current issues with my a/c. Work was completed in a timely manner & I was happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend!
And we were very happy with the service that Joe provided us in identifying whether or not we had a leak in our shower. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the possibilities very clearly.
The task requested was a celling fan install in a room on our first floor without wiring. When the technician encountered a challenge with my walls, his near 10 years experience kicked in and he proved he knew what he was up against and proved he can go above and beyond our expectations. Do not call anyone else. 😎
The Technician who came out on our call was first-most very polite and respectful. He also was very knowledgeable and explained out numerous options . He wasn’t pushy or a salesman and I feel he gave us a very honest and informed opinion on our situation, excellent job!!!!
Our technician Zack was phenomenal. He responded quickly, even at off hours, rapidly diagnosed the issue with our AC unit and resolved it in a timely manner. All the way he explained the issues, the necessary fixes, and always made sure to not pressure us to agree to anything merely providing explanation. Superbly professional.

My technician, Andrew, was terrific! He was very courteous, friendly, professional, ethical, and had integrity which is what I was looking for. I just bought my home in Hudson, FL a couple of weeks ago and called out another a/c guy- who I wasn't at all impressed with- so after reviewing Cornerstone Pros, I decided to give them a call this morning when my a/c completely stopped working. I was thoroughly satisfied with Andrew and his expertise, and thanks to him, what started off to be a bad day...turned out to be a blessing! :) 👍🏻Cornerstone Pros
Hi highly recommend Troy Schuldt as Senior Plumbing Technician. Please list this resource as my primary point of contact for all my needs going forward, regular maintenance and break/fix issues. He flushed out my water heater, I know it seems trivial/easy, but I won't go into the background as to why I want him to be my single POC going forward as I stray away from posting anything negative about any company - Only positive feedback from Cindy :) All I can say is I trust this technician and he checks off all my boxes of professionalism, efficiency, technical expertise, effective communication and respect. Thank you Troy and Thanks to Cornerstone for hiring this resource, he will keep your company in business and you need more technicians on staff who exhibit the same qualities as Troy.
