So they came out in October to check our ductwork for liheap. It was leaking air into our attic. The tech said he felt it and would have manager call me me on next steps. Roger didn't call me, I called 4 days after to check. Roger told me the system was fine and no leaks. Christmas eve attic was 72 degrees, ice dam destroyed roof, 2 rooms in house, and attic. Near 70k in damages. I called liheap because furnace was obviously leaking air still. They came back out... tech said he definitely felt it still. Yet again Roger said it's not leaking to liheap. But this time we have google camera in house, personal reasons, and it has tech telling me he felt the leak and it's the ductwork and also the main supply plenum. So 70k in damages, all so he could save maybe 800 in profit.. d9nt be part of a program and take advantage of the program.

Cody fixed two small gas leaks for me last week and he was awesome! I had a previous estimate from Gillece for $1600 (yes you read that correctly) and Climate Systems did it for less than $300. I was able to schedule quickly and Cody did the work quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend!

We have been using Climate Systems for years. We were originally referred by a neighbor when we needed a new heating system. We recently had our AC unit dying a slow death. The Climate Systems team was great..they did a free evaluation and explored all options to make sure we couldn’t salvage rather than replace. Once we ordered the new unit (during the dog days of summer, of course!), they brought over a portable unit to keep us comfortable while we waited for the new unit to arrive. The guys are super friendly and a pleasure to work with!

We used Climate Systems when we had to have a new furnace installed when we finished our basement. They evaluated multiple options for furnace location, factoring in various criteria such as implications for ductwork, bulkheads, efficiency, etc. They ended up ultimately recommending the same location as the other HVAC company who quoted us, but at a lower total cost. We had an excellent experience with them; service was great, people were very friendly, and we have not had any technical issues since the installation last year; would definitely recommend working with them.

Excellent and honest service. The appointment had a 9am-11am window. The tech came at exactly 9am. He was extremely knowledgeable and had a great personality. He kept me informed with the troubleshooting process and ultimately resolved my issue...very professional. The price was right and my heat is back on. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

I use these guys every year to maintain my furnace and air conditioning. Last year I was sure that I was going to need a new compressor but their tech came out and was able to fix it at minimal cost. That fix is still holding up!! I have referred them to friends and neighbors and have yet to hear a bad review. These guys are great!!
