Climate Systems Air Conditioning & Heating

A little customer service goes a long way. Was a repeat customer until the tech showed up at my house without calling (he admitted the work order showed my request for a phone call). He called from my driveway -
after ringing the doorbell - and left before I could arrive. I called him back and texted with no response. I called the office to see what happened and was immediately yelled at because "we have calls coming out our ears and cannot wait around". I politely asked why he was blaming me when his tech didn't call. He did offer to have the tech stop on his way back later - but did so in a rude enough manner that I declined. I was then hung up on. While I am more than happy to have another company come out tomorrow, I was really surprised to have these guys act the way they did. Had previously been great but what an odd way to treat a customer.

They did the job so quickly and efficiently I didn't have time to offer a cup of coffee. Keep up the swell work!
