I have been with ARS for years and they have always done excellent work. I wouldn't use another company but them.

This company was quite good to work with, I contacted them after seeing the high reviews on Angi. The appraisal was detailed, and they were honest about pricing. I was given a very competitive rate, and selected them to replace my furnace and AC system. The guys doing the install were very nice as well, they cleaned up after they were done, and the work looks immensely better than what was here previously. Only time will tell how good everything holds up, but first impressions look great so far

They installed my heating and ac system almost 15 years ago. The service I get every time when calling the office is outstanding. They are very nice, understanding when it comes to scheduling service for I work crazy hours and extremely tenitive to what my inquiries may be.
The very best part is that I always request the same service person. He has been coming to my house for almost 15 years as well. He is always on time, trustworthy and knows what he's doing! I greatly appreciate both this company and my service person. Not sure if I can say any names on here but the company knows who I'm talking about.

My ARS technician was extremely nice and considerate of my condominium. Mike covered his shoes with paper shoe covers which a lot of service people don’t think to do. I would like to mention that since I have a contract with ARS, I would like to request Mike to do my furnace in the fall. He was so thorough and told me everything he did when finished. Rich was incredible, he walked in and within 30 seconds from looking at the unit had the issue diagnosed and resolved. He came out quickly to service my furnace unit and also helped get me setup on an annual maintenance plan for HVAC/Furnace needs. Rich troubleshot the needs of the unit instantly, gave it a clean out and verified my issue was resolved with temperature checks throughout the home to verify the unit was in working order. Thanks to the entire ARS team for a quick response to this on-emergency situation!

My AC unit wasn't turning for almost a month. I called two different companies to come look at it, they came and never came back. Finally, after calling ARS/ Recuse Rooter, they came out a day before scheduled and figured out the issue and fixed it within a little over an hour. I was very grateful and satisfied with the work. We just had an attic ac unit installed to supplement another unit. My wife is very particular about aesthetics on how things look and where vents are placed. John and Nikko were awesome working with her and us to make sure we were consulted and agreed with everything. Consistent phone calls, texts and pictures arrived to make sure we understood what was going on while we were working. Great job!

Update (May 2023), ARS came back out a year later to add another duct to an upstairs room that was not getting enough heat/cold in the coldest / warmest months. My wife and I fully expected to be charged but we were NOT. We’re very impressed with the company, technicians, etc. We strongly recommend them.

Bought my house 7 years ago, first year just got tune up to make sure system was good. So been getting them ever since, middle of night furnace was acting up when 30 degreases outside so we call they came and fixed problem right away! This was winter so in spring I got tuned up good again and was asked if I wanted to pay for better A/C Refrigerant so I said sure but they explained that it would cost $800-$1000 because of old system so I said let’s hold off until summer is over(a/c still cooled) but wanted new system put in. Steve came out to my home took all measure and measurements to ensure a good system was put in. NICK AND HIS PARTERN(who I missed his name) came in a week later and in less then half a day put in new system and charged it up. Nick was a great guy with me talked me through everything answered question, both gentlemen were very awesome. They put new system in and changed out bad filters, and some parts of duct work because not running efficiently enough. My experience with these two guys was great. In fact so good I would asked for both guys to do my work anytime. They also helped me find a good duct cleaning company which comes September 28th and this is exciting to me because it will help with all my dust throughout my home!! ARS heating and Air Conditioning or any service for that matter is the way to go! Professional, Respectful, Honest, Very Very Knowledgeable, Plus up front about every step of this work being done in my home. Plus price wise it is worth every penny. But can not stress enough about Nick P and his partner this day great hard working guys. Barely took five minutes to go to restroom because they busted butts to do the job right and fast. Thank you

I waited and called for weeks because the heat pump I had ordered was back ordered and they were having supply issues in getting one to install; finally they installed one that was the next model up at no charge . Now that is superb service! All completed before I was leaving town for a vacation.Very professional workers. Highly satisfied. Would recommend.
