Matt is very professional and does his job well, and always on time and calls to let you know he's on his way. He fixes the job right the first time. Bruce taught him well....great company to deal with.

I Highly recommend Pelles Heating. Fixed us up fast for reasonable prices. Gave me 5 options to fit my current situation. Were up front about issues and did not try to sell me something I don't need. That is key. (I called another place a few months ago and they did not get the job done, obviously. Tried to sell me a whole new system and I knew we didn't need.) On a very cold Saturday our furnace stopped working and we had Matt come out to the house. He knew right away what the issue was. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and courteous. I will definitely be using Pelles , and especially Matt, when I install a new furnace!

Found them through a work associate. They fit me in the next day, even though it was the weekend. The service provider was right on time, spoke over everything before he did anything, was very upfront about the pricing, and had us up and running in about an hour.

Had an issue with my furnace cutting in and out and temps we dropping in my home. Called Pelles at 7PM on Friday night. The owner, Sue, answered the phone and got a tech scheduled. With the severe cold and wind they were very busy but Sue kept in touch with me through the night and had Jake here for 10:30. He was timely and very professional and diagnosed the issue and was able to fix the problem. Great job and I Will absolutely use them again.

The technician, Robbie, was the consummate professional. He was very friendly. He took the time to wear booties I’ve this shoes. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why it was necessary. I would highly recommend this business.

The Pelles Heating & Cooling experience was fantastic from the beginning to the end. When I called for an appointment to fix our AC system, Kaylee was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! She helped set my expectations for what the service would include and how they would greet me and perform the services! They even sent a text message just prior to the technician arriving with his picture to confirm identity. What a great comfort! The technician’s name was Jake and he was excellent. Great listener, very knowledgeable and helped me make the best decisions for our system. Jake did an excellent job and was very thorough and friendly. We will definitely use Pelles for our HVAC ongoing needs! Excellent service!

Pelles was able to get someone here the day I called when our furnace was making terrible noises and had to be turned off. Matt was polite, explained everything he did, and fixed some big mistakes made by a different installer. We will continue to use Pelles from now on for our HVAC maintenance.

We've been using Pelles services for at least 10+ years. They've always been accommodating & thorough. And, I believe, priced reasonably for excellent service. Everyone from office staff to the technician guys, including the apprentice, were very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. We had no heat and in anticipation of a couple days to gather parts to repair our furnace, Matt went back to the office and brought us a couple of space heaters to help keep us warm. I highly recommend this company.
