Can't say enough good things about J&A. I woke up to find my heating system had failed. Within hours, Mike had diagnosed the problem, gotten the parts and had my wife and I comfortably sitting in our warm home.
Everyone I dealt with was professional and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation.
I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any HVAC or Plumbing work.

I believe the price for this repair was excessive. I priced the necessary part online prior to service. Technician was on site less than an hour. Was given an invoice receipt that was not itemized. No listing for parts, labor or tax. Just a bottom line figure.
Considering parts and actual time on site, I'm positive the service was way over priced.
I've been a prior customer for years and extremely satisfied, but after this experience, I think I may be looking for another service in the future. I used to have my heating and a/c annually checked, but it may be time to seek another company.

Not only did he fix my immediate problem, but addressed other issues that would have caused my home not to pass an inspection when I put it on the market to sell.
