Quick service, but the price was too much for me, I will never use this company again 885.61 for 20 min worth of work. Only the tops are new, this kinda hurts 🤕. I should have gone to trade school.

Craig installed ceiling fans in 3 of our bedrooms. We live in an older home so there is always the possibility of something unexpected. He kept us informed while he was working and had all the materials he needed to complete the job. His timing estimate was right on and he did a great job cleaning up when he was done. He was friendly and we are very happy with the work he did! Thanks, Craig!

I've used them twice and they did a great job both times. The estimate given is the price I paid, no hidden costs. Also, it would have been easier for them to put a hole in the ceiling to work on the upstairs plumbing, but they chose not to and did a great job even though it was more inconvenient for them. I highly recommend!

This company communicates extremely well and are always on time. I’ve used them 3-4 times over the years and it always goes smoothly. I never feel pressured into buying something I don’t need. Zach was friendly and professional and definitely knows his stuff!

J&A installed some new breakers to get my electrical system up to code.. In the process the mini split system in my garage went out. They were really responsive getting it back up and running. The technicians are great! Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend these guys.

My sewer pipe was at the end of its life, and I called Josh over at J&A for help. He was fantastic. He came over immediately, put together an estimate, helped me understand the home insurance world, worked extra to make sure the job was done right (he had to come over two extra times to satisfy my insurance), and then followed up with me as his crew worked here. (The crew was also fantastic.) Literally every person I dealt with was professional and responsive, and everyone took the time to explain each step. I couldn't be happier, and I'm definitely a customer for life.

I liked them so much, I used them for replacing my furnace, which died. They came and diagnosed the issue, helped me with financing, gave me different solutions, and replaced my system in 48 hours. They were fantastic.

Another fantastic job by J&A! Had sewer water backing up into my garage a few weeks ago. I called J&A, and discovered I needed to replace some sewer piping. From day one, J&A was incredibly professional, helpful, and informative. I worked with a specialist named Alex. He helped coordinate and organize the job. From day 1 he was very kind, communicative, and overall just eager to help. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and break down how to correct the problem. When it came to the insurance process on this project, well, he simply couldn’t have made it any easier.

The team of workers that came over for the few weeks were just as awesome, not surprising (they even worked on my project when they had scheduled PTO time off). I was very impressed with how they finished the project, very nicely done with attention to detail. The team also made sure my property was left clean as well! I should also mention too we needed construction vehicles to complete the job. No damage to my property whatsoever which may sound an obvious standard, but I live on a steep Pittsburgh hill, and it’s challenging to maneuver vehicles like that on my property.
