Recently, scheduled for an annual A/C tune up and to my surprise, the technician, Tony Bell, made the entire process stress free. Tony patiently explained what was going on with my A/C, was on time, professional and very efficient. I will be using J and A for all of my future HVAC services. I had an amazing experience with each interaction I had. I came home from being away for Christmas to my home being freezing and thermostat reading 40 degrees. I called J&A and spoke with Allie. She was very accommodating and a tech came out a few hours later. The tech, Timothy, was able to tell me immediately what the issue was and laid out my options. J&A had a new furnace in stock and had an opening next day to install. They also brought me 2 space heaters to get me through the night until the guys came to install the new unit. The crew that came out for the install did a great job. They even had other colleagues show up to help because their job was finished.

Everyone that I interacted with was very personable and kind. They were all very professional and thorough. I highly recommend them.

The J & A technician was always on time, explained the maintenance and repairs if needed but I really appreciated how nice and polite he was. Yes sir, yes ma'am, and very respectful of our office, the staff and equipment. The politeness of the tech is what set them above other companies we have had in the past. Recommend them highly!!

Jeffrey and Trevin were great! Kind and professional. They came out same day to replace light fixtures. I would definitely recommend J&A. We use them for A/C system maintenance, plumbing, heating systems replacement and now electrical!

I can't say enough how much I appreciate what J and A did for us today. Our water heater went the day before yesterday. They came out first thing yesterday to try to make a repair but we needed a new one. When they got here this morning, they couldn't get onto our street. They could have just let it go until tomorrow, but they didn't. They came back this afternoon about 4:00 and installed the new water 1heater. Broc, the technician, was so nice and efficient and I am so thankful we don't have to go another evening or get up tomorrow with no hot water! What great service!!

I would use J & A again. They responded quickly and I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. The technician who came to my home was timely, polite, very conscientious about his cleanup, and did a great overall job fixing my electrical problem.

Our heat went out in the middle of the night, we woke up and used the J & A schedule service on their website and soon as they opened we received a call and got scheduled that day. During our appointment we discovered we needed a new furnace system. We got scheduled the next day. Everyone was professional and really nice. They took care of our problem quickly and efficiently. Very thankful for this company especially when it comes to keeping kids & animals warm in winter. Thank you so much!
