Our commode was overflowing at the base. We called J&A; Josh arrived within 24 hours of our call. Josh was extremely knowledgeable. I refer to him as a plumbing doctor. He diagnosed the problem; patiently and thoroughly explained the issue to us and the prognosis. He takes his job very serious and is truly sincere in his interactions. Trevor & Jason (?) installed a ceiling fan. They arrived promptly, completed the work efficiently and clearly explained how to operate the fan and removed old fan. They were courteous and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them. 100% satisfied customer!

I had a neighbors tree fall and take out the power lines to my house and needed an electrician to reinstall the weather head. I use J&A for my regular HVAC maintenance, but they have also upgraded my electrical (Keith) and water heater (Nate). They’re team is super responsive, friendly, and professional. I can’t recommend them enough.

I have used JandA Electric, twice and then recommended them to my daughter and her fiancé. My first experience is that they were reasonable and performed the work as expected. The second time I used this company their prices had jumped significantly. I was under a limited time frame, so I did schedule their services. I recommended them to my daughter and her fiancé, and they were very disappointed in their experience. I called the company to discuss the issues because as I had recommended them and I felt responsible for this bad experience. I explained to the supervisor that my daughters fiancé and I had installed all the other lighting fixtures in the building, but the one in the stairwell would have required that we purchase an extended ladder. The supervisor explained to me that there was an up-charge because they had to bring a ladder to reach the stairwell ceiling (which they weren’t aware of the height as they do not provide phone quotes and the truck was equipped with the ladder). The installation did not require running any wires or adaptations as the mounting brackets were already installed. Their charge was $460! This was a 20 minute job! This comes to $23 per minute! My daughters fiancé got a phone quote from alternative company for $230. NEVER J&A Electric.

Jake and Steve were awesome. They explained everything they checked, did a thorough cleaning and were extremely helpful and friendly (a must with me!). 😁. I highly recommend either of these two gentlemen!
