Spark HVAC was quick to squeeze us in for an emergent repair that ultimately required two days of their attention. They were good enough not to charge us a second service visit fee after their initial attempt at a repair turned out to not quite take care of the whole issue. I interacted with Dale quite a bit on the second day of the repair and he was a true professional both with his demeanor and also (more importantly) with his clear knowledge of how our system worked. Even when the replacement parts fought him every step of the way he remained calm and professional about the work, and left us very satisfied with the fix he performed (replaced a burnt out and burnt up blower motor). I would recommend this company to anybody with no hesitation at all.

We haven't had our A/C checked in years, so we started looking at companies who do it. Spurk got great reviews, so we booked an appt. Our appt. was for between noon and 1pm. They called fairly early to let us know the technician would be running later than 1pm, and then called us again to give us an update on his arrival. The tech himself then called to tell us he would be at our house in 15 minutes, and he was. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, talked to me like his equal, and was not "fake" nice, if you know what I mean. The price for the A/C diagnostics was $125. Our A/C is 16 years old. He could have come in the house and told me a million things were wrong with it, and it needed replaced. He didn't. He ran down a checklist of every test he ran, and we did great on all but two of them, and they are common "wear and tear" repairs. He fixed the two issues in about 15 minutes, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company, and thank you, Chet, for a great job. I also appreciated being kept up to date on his arrival time. Most companies don't care if their techs are running late, and have no idea where they are or when they'll be there. Will definitely use them again.

Had a great experience with Spurk. Making an appointment was simple with the web app. The technician (Chester) was on-time, very competent, pleasant and efficient. My repair was completed in 15 minutes or so and my AC was back on.

Currently completing a kitchen remodel and found radiator pipes running up the wall that needed to be moved. Also, because of the demolition the old expansion tank fell and broke a pipe on the boiler. I called Spurk and spoke with Lynette to schedule me for a second estimate and Dale came over the next day. Dale was extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done to move the pipes and update the system. Spurk's estimate was drastically cheaper than the first estimate I received and Lynette was able to schedule me quickly. Dale and his team showed up at the specified time and completed the work very quickly. Now the remodel can move forward and my boiler system has never worked so well in the whole 5 years of owning this home. I could not be happier with the work and professionalism of Dale and his team.

I would rate Spurk 10/10 if I could! Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air. After being quoted $9k to replace our whole system by another HVAC company we decided to get a second opinion. We called at 8:30pm and they were able to squeeze us in & send a tech out at 8am the next day. Chester was our tech and did an amazing job! He caught THE issue that the other company did not even consider. Thus saving us $8300. Thanks SO much to Chester & Spurk for their awesome service. Highly recommend!!

John and Josh custom fabricated new duct work for the furnace on the spot. The quality of work is excellent! John and Josh did all the little things the other companies don’t do. Our new units look great and they ensured we were 100% satisfied before leaving.

Out of town, our 19 year old daughter told us the AC stopped working on a Friday evening. Called Spurk and we had a technician call us back in 15 minutes. Turns out, our landscapers accidentally disconnected something on the unit. Reconnected it, also did a service checkup as requested since he was there. Only gave 4 stars due to costs, but it was an emergency call off hours.

The technician was prompt and an "en route" text was received prior to arrival. They were professional and precise with their AC repair diagnosis. They explained everything in detail as they performed their diagnostic tests. We were delighted to find that once the issue was confirmed they actually carried the part that needed replaced so there was no delay with repair. We have used Spurk more than once as we have multiple units and will only use Spurk in the future!

The unit works and looks great. The installers were very professional. They did a very good job installing and cleaned up after. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend

Spurk did a big job for our family as we were doing a home renovation. They also installed all new equipment and a new damper system to help cool the upstairs. We could not be more please with everything throughout the project. The technicians were knowledgeable and trustworthy and the companies response time was second to none.
