We had a new furnace and AC unit installed, both in new locations inside and outside the house, and we had new returns run through the entire house as well. It was a longer, more involved job, but very few issues came up. When issues did come up, the open communication and prompt solutions were above what you would excpect. John and the install crew were great, always had a good attitude, were respectful that family members were in the house when they were working, and even brought our trash cans in on both the trash days they were there. Jason stayed in communication throughout the job and was out on location a few times to assist and touch base. Would highly recommend to anyone. They will be my first call in the future.

Excellent. Spurk HVAC replaced my A/C unit several months ago, and I've been very satisfied. The work was done quickly and at a great price. They did a great job talking me through all my options, and not just trying to upsell me to something more expensive that I didn't need. I also called them when my furnace wouldn't start, and they were over within 20 minutes to take a look and fix the problem.

As homeowners I had three estimates done to replace the furnace which was about 28 years old. Jason who provided estimate very knowledgeable, professional and I did not want to do both furnace and air conditioner at the same time due my current home is up for sale. Spurk is the only estimate of the 3, that offered consider doing A.C coil and refrigerator lines which since technician will doing the furnace. Then when condenser needs replaced intricate part is done. The installers Luke smiled introduced himself and Don service was exceptional, very efficient and knowledgeable. Luke upon completing furnace install showed me how o check the filter and details all info excellently explained. Service absolutely exceptional! Thank you refreshing to know this level of quality exists. I had read stagev2 furncae which I recommend and Jason explained in an excellent manner.

Most professional, efficient and knowledgeable company we’ve worked with. AC broke on a 90+ degree day, the Spurk team came and replaced the old unit in 4 hours and kept my entire house clean. Would recommend to anyone.

The entire process was smooth from the first call. The salesman explained everything thoroughly and gave a few options depending on my budget, they were also mor affordable than the other quotes I had gotten. The installers were on time and professional throughout the entire day, they explained any additional work that needed done to get everything installed correctly. Removal of my furnace and AC and installation of new ones was done in a single day. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.
