John from Spurk HVAC inspected my furnace, he was very professional & very nice.
I was informed prior to him coming via text he would arrive early which was great. 👍👍

I will definately call Spurk HVAC again for any repairs needed in the future. The technician who is the owner was very professional, kind and definately trust worthy. He found out the issue, immediately went and got the part and came back and fixed the furnace. He didn't wait and say he would come back tomorrow with the part. Very grateful for the excellent service. Thank you !!!!

ON 1/11/23, I again used Spurk to inspect my furnace. (for some reason i didn't remark last year). Their technician, John, was as professional and informative as the last 4/5 times i have used Spurk. Furnace still has excellent results and and again looking at preparations to replace. Will only use SPURK

Great service and price. I had Spurk put a new complete heating and air conditioning plus a mini split system installed. Dan D., Matt and Sam were professional, clean and courteous. After the install Matt explained the new system and answered my questions. I would highly recommend.

Spurk was incredibly responsive. They took calls late at night to help with troubleshooting and were on site to repair the failing AC unit on very short notice. The team that was on-site were professional and caring. Great service.

We hired Spurk to install a new AC unit in 2019 after our builder grade unit required annual servicing because it was leaking refrigerant.

Spurk told us that units should not leak as they are self contained units. Instead of dealing with annual recharges, we decided to have them install a new unit. Starting in 2021, 2 years after the new install, the unit they sold us is leaking and again requires annual servicing and recharging. When we spoke with Spurk they told us they don't make AC units like they use to and that while most units don't leak we are sorry that yours does.

Spurk is however very responsive to your calls and shows up promptly when they say they will be there. However, we are disappointed in that we paid for a new AC unit hoping to get at least 10 years out of it before it starts to leak, but now are back to servicing a new unit 2 years later for a leak...

They seem satisfied that this doesn't happen often, but it stinks to be told you are in the minority. I would have thought with a 5.0 rating they would want to remedy the small percentage of customers who's units do not perform as promised. This was not the case.

Spurk went above and beyond to make sure our AC was fully repaired same day. I’m very impressed with their motivation.

Edit 1 year after the above quick review from a previous repair:
Just wanted to provide an update and say that these guys still rock! Evan was my technician today for an after hours repair. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and found that it was due to a totally separate component than our last repair (thanks, Ryan homes for picking the cheapest systems to install!) -- he swapped out the faulty component and had our AC repaired just in time for us to put the family to bed for the night. These guys still do awesome work.

The service that Spurk offered from consult to Furnace and AC installation was top notch. Dan was very thorough when going through their process, options they offer and did not try and up sell me. Matt and Scott were extremely professional and the quality of work that they provided and is second to none. They were fast, the work was very neat and clean. After completion they walked through the system, how to operate everything and answered any questions we had. Would recommend them to any and all that needs any HVAC services.

I was home with 2 sick kiddos and the furnace went out. Our home warranty company couldn't get anyone out for a week so we called around. Spurk had a tech on-site within 2 hours. They'll be my first call from now on.

I appreciated being able to schedule the appointment for quotation online. Contacts were responsive and easy to work with. The showed up when they said they would show up. They installed everything neatly, and cleaned up the work areas. Dan was very helpful in choosing the right systems for our home. Matt and Nick did a great job on the installation. We are looking at buying another house in the near future and would use Spurk again if we need HVAC.
