These guys were great! Their costumer service is outstanding! Will use them again. Fixed what was needed on my unit in a very timely manner.

We had used Spurk a number of years ago when our furnace would not work. At that point, you assume the worst and prepare for a large repair bill, but when they diagnosed the problem it was a simple repair which was only $150 to correct. It was refreshing to work with a company that did not try to take advantage of you at a time when it would have been so easy for them to do so. When our furnace broke down again this year, we did not hesitate to call Spurk. This time the 23+ year old system did need more extensive repairs. Dale and Dan were very helpful in discussing the pros and cons of repairing our system vs installing a new one. Once we made the decision to move forward with a new furnace, they then patiently walked us through the various models available. After we selected our new system, their crew was out the next day. Hats off to Scott and Matt who worked late into the night to complete our installation. Prompt service and they also take the time to educate you on something that many of us know very little about, and all at a very fair price. I know what a few of our neighbors have paid for their new furnaces, and I can tell you that the total price from Spurk was much better and the service was fantastic. 1 more furnace and 2 air conditioners from the original build are still chugging along. I hope I can avoid replacing them for a while, but when the time comes we will be calling Spurk again.

April 28,2023 updated: Had the upper level central AC replaced today. Matt and his assistant did an excellent job. Installation looks great, they were very neat. Now we just need some warm days so we can use use it!

As usual, we had top quality service from our Spurk technician. Since having our furnace installed a few years ago, every interaction we've had with any Spurk employee has been outstanding. They are kind, polite and do a thorough job. You cannot go wrong choosing Spurk for your HVAC needs. Today, 10/20/2022 we had our furnace inspected to make sure we are good to go as Winter is approaching ; great service from Dale, as always!

They responded super fast, and diagnosed my problem quickly--new furnace on the way. They care about your comfort and safety, and always do their best, and are reliable and professional. The best in the business.

Both the service call and tech team are very responsive and professional. They arrived on time as scheduled and quickly diagnosed out the problem of the aged heating system. They provided both the repair and replacement options in details. The installation was smooth, clean, and professional. I am very satisfied with the service and price offered by Spurk, and will definitely go to them for future HVAC business!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. My furnace has been broken for almost a year and had another to come out to look at it. No one ever fixed it correctly and was always given different bs from them. Well Spurk HVAC came out yesterday 11/15/22 looked at it and got part and had it fixed before they left. I worked with John Gilliland. He was on time very professional nice easy going guy and knew what he was doing. Thanks to him my 2 kids now won't freeze anymore in our house. He did everything he could to make sure the problem was fixed and taken care of before he left.

I had three HVAC companies give quotes for a new furnace, and Spurk's bid was the least expensive and best unit out of the three. They were able to come out in less than 24 hours to give the estimate, and they just finished installing the new unit 5 days later. I'm very pleased! I hope not to need any HVAC services for a while, but if I do need anyone, these will be the guys I call for sure.

From day 1 ( initial inquiry for an estimate) until the unit was installed we were shown complete professionalism. Everyone we spoke to was kind, professional and just was simply pleasant. Never felt rushed. No matter who you spoke to they took time to answer your questions, understand what we were looking for and explained different options. The installers showed up when scheduled. Were as polite as could be, explained what they were doing throughout the process, worked great together and was very seamless between the 2 of them. Just an overall wonderful and refreshing experience from a service provider. It was so nice having an experience that you should have with every and any service provider. Thank you Spurk HVAC! From start to finish, excellent and professional service. Installation of new AC, furnace/blower, and humidifer, all done top notch. Will use moving forward for all HVAC needs, and would recommend to anyone.
