I called in to schedule to have my furnace repaired at 8:30 am and they were here by 9:30 am an hour later. Service does not get any better than that!!!! Thank you to John and the entire Spurk Team for providing such great service :)

I cannot say enough positive things about Spurk HVAC… our furnace blew on the coldest day so far this winter. The original installer could not help or offer solutions in a timely manner… on a last chance hope, I reached out to Spurk. I actually spoke to the owner who advised me on my options. He did not try to sell me on any option. For someone who had been taken advantage of before, this was most comforting. His team arrived the following morning, completely prompt and professional. They understood the old unit was sub-par and inadequate for the home. Very openly, they told me my options including things on par with the old unit or better… I have no practical HVAC experience and they made me feel comfortable and as if I understood what I was getting. Most importantly, they replaced my whole unit in a morning and my family had heat by the afternoon! When you want someone to treat you like they were working on their family’s home, pick Spurk. They were honest, timely, had options and helped me make an informed decision for my family. I only wish I knew of them sooner and I doubt I would have had such a headache with my heating and cooling over the last decade.

We needed someone to come and check the furnace as it was not blowing out warm air-come to find out we needed a new switch of sort to fix it. They did a temporary fix so we could have heat as it was freezing cold over the weekend.
I called on a Saturday after hours and they came within 30 minutes-super fast! The part had to be ordered but it was repaired on the following Monday. The guys were great, fast, and very nice! I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for making our house warm again!!!!

Update to below. Upon further consultation with Spurk and another vendor we thought the wiser choice was to replace our 26 /27 yr old furnace and AC units. We chose Spurk. Chester and Scott were punctual, methodical and efficient completing the all-out/all-in process in less than 1 1/2 days, on the coldest days of the season (very early Nov). The furnace, while comparable, generates more air volume and warmer air which makes my wife very, very happy. And that makes me happy! Thanks guys!! Looking forward to an equally enjoyable experience with the AC next summer.

The annual furnace check-up before the season starts. Especially important as its 25+ yrs old. Technician arrived early and went right to work. Diagnosis resulted in options for repair or replacement so he described the pro's and con's of each. Either way, they've been very good to work with for the past 3 three years and I don't intend to change now.

I moved to Pittsburgh from DC 4 years ago and went from central air to splits/and boiler. I didn't have a clue. I can't tell you how much my stress level is reduced by having Spurk HVAC do the job. They have done two AC installs the and I count on them to do maintenance on my AC units and boiler. Dale did my most recent boiler maintenance and as usual he went above and beyond. Eventually when my boiler stops working Spurk is only company that will get my business. I trust them 100%!!!!

Spurk gives me peace of mind anytime they come out that the end product will be the highest quality. I highly recommend them!

We are adding an addition onto our house and called Spurk HVAC to run and install duct work from our house to the new addition. They came the next day and gave us a very reasonable quote and told us they would begin the work the following Monday and finish on Tuesday. They arrived on time both days and did excellent work. Their communication skills are wonderful and we were aware of what was going on the whole time. Thanks guys.

We used Spurk to fix an AC unit, and then later to install a new HVAC system and hot water tank. This company is top notch from the installers, to the sales, to the people that answer the phone. They are professional, knowledgeable, timely, reasonable, and simply kind good people! They even applied our initial service charge to the price of the new system. We received text messages before arrival. They put down drop cloths and left my basement cleaner then they found it. Highly recommend!

1st experience with spurk was amazing, 2nd not so much.

1st time experience: Furnace went out during a sub zero night. Called them when I woke up to a freezing cold house. They got to me within an hour and had everything up and running within an hour and a half. Price for emergency service also very reasonable.
Only company to answer the phone before 6am. Will definitely call them for any future needs.

2nd experience:
Called them when my AC stopped working. Tech came out and did the evaluation, 10 minutes in the tells me it’s not the compressor and he’s working on finding the issue. His trouble shooting was having someone on the phone walking through potential issues (obviously not confident in what to do). 20 minutes later he tells me the compressor is dead. I ask for a quote on a new compressor and a new unit and an told by the end of next day I’ll have the quote and it will take 3-4 weeks to get it in. 2 days later I still have no quote, I call and am told the compressor quote is still in the works but will have it by end of day. However the person that quotes full units is out of the office. I’m at day 3, no quote on anything.
Called another group on day 2, had quote the same day and install planned in 1 week. Not sure what Spurk is doing but it’s hot and I’m not waiting for them to get their ducks in a row. $200+ wasted on a diagnosis since they don’t seem to want to do the work.
