Spurk HVAC, LLC.

I recently had a new air conditioner installed by Spurk HVAC and it was an excellent experience! They made every step in the process very easy. Jason was very responsive; from scheduling a visit to look at my home and what I wanted to explaining what his team would do and providing a quote in a timely fashion. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courtesy through the entire process. Luke and Don arrived to install the new AC and they showed up at the time promised. They did a tremendous job. They were courteous, professional, and very hard working. They put down drop cloths to keep everything clean and neat. When they left you would have never known a major project was just completed. This was the first time AC had been installed in this home and they did a remarkable job running the lines and getting everything in place. Their workmanship was outstanding! If you ever need any heating or air conditioning work done, I would not hesitate to contact Spurk HVAC. This is a company you can count on to do a great job and feel comfortable letting them into your home or business. I didn't think twice about having them replace the furnace and AC in my rental property a week later.

Quick response time for emergency service. 3 other places told me they couldn't get to me for at least 2 weeks. Spurk got to me the same day. They are pleasant to talk to on the phone & in person. They have reasonable rates. I have hired them to do my HVAC maintenance.

Told "Sparks" what part I needed prior to dispatch. Guess what part they didn't have on the truck?
Update: Rob the customer relations person called and told me that I should be happy with their service and change my review.
Here is the Full story: Called told them what part needed replaced, model number, serial number and to "have a control board on the truck." They couldn't pull it off with that information. They tell me they have to drive to the warehouse and back (two hours round trip) and its gonna cost me $500. I tell them that I don't want to pay for two hours labor for getting a part that I requested they bring with them. They agreed and lowered the bill to $490. $10 really??? I post the review and get a call from Rob and explain it to him. He proceeds to tell me that they didn't charge for drive time as its not itemized on the receipt.
I guess they pay their technicians $5 an hour because they saved me $10.
Then Rob asked for me to continue doing business with Sparks. God only knows how bad they get people that don't know any better.
Then again this is Western PA, I think people like taking it.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and honest, quality work. AC went out and we found them through an internet search -no connection. We were terrified it was going to be a full replace and it wasn’t a good time for the expense. Dale arrived as scheduled and promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem for a low cost. I truly believe that most would have advised on a replacement just for the sale. It is very difficult to find quality, honest, affordable work in this industry. Customers for life!

Extremely respectful and professional company. The install was done in a timely manner with very detailed responses. The technicians even noticed my neighbor’s baby sleeping outside on the patio and asked them if it was okay to drill through the wall. I would highly recommend these guys for your HVAC work.

I spoke with Jason of this company and he was very thoughtful of our needs and timeline as well as our budget due to heating emergency. I had spent all morning dealing with ten other companies and Spurk was the most professional, knowledgeable and kindest of them all. We patronized Dourk for the first time this July after having bad luck with a different HVAC company. The installer ( Chester) diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed parts and repaired of Fujitsu Minisplit just as we wanted. We had been told it wasn’t able to be repaired by the previous company that installed it 4 years prior. Chester was very courteous and willing to answer any questions of mine. The only issue that we came into was getting the parts in a timely fashion but considering how things are right now we completely understood.
Chester made the whole experience a positive one. 👍🏽

Excellent service. We had mini splits installed by another local company who did not install them correctly and did not show up to finish the job. Spurk finished installing the remainder of our units and also fixed all of the previously installed ones. They were so thorough and professional. Highly recommend

Jason and Dale were a pleasure to work with. When our a/c unit needed replaced during a week-long heat wave, they were very responsive and they completed the replacement quickly and professionally. We received several quotes from various companies and Spurk HVAC was very competitive with regards to costs, but the quality of the product (American Standard) and the excellent service is what made Spurk stand out. Highly recommend!
